I got to Arby's for lunch today right about 2pm, an excellent time I thought because it was very slow business wise. I was the only customer standing at the counter to order. I stood there for 5 full minutes before anyone spoke a word to me. Lauretta wouldn't know customer service if it fell into her lap. Not a Hi, not how are you...just a look. My fish sandwich was smoking hot and awesome because I waited for it forever. Probably won't be back anytime soon.

Guy taking the order on drive through was super short, almost on the rude side. Took about 15 minutes to get food..
Usually slow with completing orders and food is usually luke warm at best. Servers are super friendly and polite.

Last two time have came through the drive through the dude at the window was so rude wouldn’t even let me get a sentence out of my mouth just had a really big attitude didn’t even give me sauce or napkins so went back into get them and just rolled his eyes
