This is your standard Biggby shop. The service has sometimes been okay, other times meh. A couple of months ago they wouldn’t let me use a coupon I had because my friend had used one for herself (we rode together but had separate orders). They claimed it was one per vehicle and rejected it again after showing the coupon that clearly stated it was per order. So, in order to claim it. I had to cancel my order, walk inside from the drive thru, reorder inside THEN I got my coupon...
we prefer Bigby in Angola In, when you ask for light ice that is exactly what you get, when we ask for light ice at the Hillsdale location they make it a point to fill the cup up with ice, I don't like paying $10 for a cup of ice. sadly we are going to just stop going to this store.
Staff has always been friendly. Coffee prices have gotten way too expensive for just a simple regular coffee or iced coffee so now I drive down the road to overflowing cups cause it is only $2 for a 20 ounce coffee and no extra charge for iced coffee.
