I told our very nice waitress that this place reminded me of Mancinos. She informed me that the owner was a Mancino but started his own business with the same recipes as Mancinos. She said their bread was better. My chicken grinder was a bit hard and the bread did not taste like what I was expecting. The filling was really generous and so was the portion sizes. I left Hillsdale for Seattle 23 yrs ago and I still come back to this place every single time I'm back in Hillsdale to see family. Some of the best pizza and subs I've had.
Great food, great people, - would like the people cooking and making the food to wear gloves, especially when the people out waiting for their food is watching them make the food with their bare hands. Unsanitary
