The lady who served us was really nice and the food was among the best that I've ever had from a Cinnabon or Auntie Anne's. Furthermore, the fact that it was in a Meijer added to the atmosphere because what's better than cinnamon rolls, cinnamon pretzels, and the greatest supermarket in the world?

The staff was really friendly. Everything was fresh and delicious. I got pretzel bites, iced mocha coffee and center of the roll. The center of the roll was great! They added caramel sauce on it and packaged it up so I could take it home. The guy was really nice even telling me to pop them in the microwave for 20 seconds at home. Overall I had a great experience.

Extremely disappointed with what I witnessed when I visited the establishment the food was good but the owner has very bad soft skills and a poor approach when it comes to motivating his team members I served 6 years in the marines and even with that harsh involvement i have not witnessed such bad tact when it comes to leading and training those that make you money

I came to get just a cinnamon roll and when I showed up the owner was talking down to an employee. Bad enough that multiple people stopped to watch. He was yelling and acting a hot mess. I probably won't go back. I can't believe someone would talk to their employees and yell/discipline any employee let alone multiple in front of customers. It seems very toxic. And I hope those employees find a less toxic place to work. That was not okay whatsoever and I will be making more moves with my concerns. The food was okay, but pretty hard which was odd considering the owner made my order and I ate it immediately.
