Cottage Inn Pizza Hillsdale

Placed order in their app at 6:18 with expected delivery of 6:53. At 7:03, I called to check the status and was told they were on the way. I said no problem and thanked them. By 7:20, the food had not arrived. I called back and was then told they were on the way, that ours was the second delivery out of 5. This indicated to me the first person lied. Their best offer was $10 credit for next time. Finally, it arrived at 7:34 pm. This is the 3rd time we’ve had a very similar experience in the last year. We used to be regular customers, but they’ve lost our business.

They have a lot of fun stuff for kids but every time we have gone my kids got sick. I have heard the same thing from someone else also. Not sure if they are cleaning the play areas every day but it should be mandatory. It is unfortunate but I have not gone back because of that.

Great potential. Old skool Putt-Putt style game room. The $12 pizza buffet was underwhelming. When I asked for a pesto thin crust pizza for the burger the lady (maybe an owner/manager) kind of scolded me saying they don't offer that on the bufett ( though that is where I tried it the first time.) she did make me the pesto pizza and it was really yummy. Next time I might just order the pizza I want and skip the bufett. The kids didn't get there 6 dollars each worth out of the pizza but they drank it in pop and they ran around the game room etc. When I left I bought a small cezar salad for my wife. It came in a small sandwich clamshell. It was another 7 bucks! Weighed in at less than half a pound of salad.
Nothing is cheap anymore.

Pizza was fantastic! Games were great. Sure wish the batting cages were operational. Apparently haven't been for some time. I had a good time with my grandson even though.

Not a bad little pizza/arcade/mini golf place. Service was great staff was on top of all orders. Pizza could use an update it's hot when it comes but flavor could use an over haul.
