Unfortunately, the system for handling mobile order pickup is poor, at best. After receiving the app alert that my mobile order was ready, I arrived to learn that a Door Dash driver had taken my order. The KFC staff repacked an order for me, but after leaving I discovered they only included half the items I ordered and were on the receipt. The parking situation during busy hours is also prone to trapping people in their parking spot while waiting for the ultra slow drive through line to clear enough to pull out. Overall, a big disappointment and not worth the hassle.

Extremely long wait times. Doesn't matter if you go in or do drive through. I was in the drive through forever tonight. I decided to just park and order inside. Walked up and the door was locked. It was 8:22pm. Door says lobby is open until 9pm. Not there it isn't. I've never dealt with such a horrible kfc. You are better off going to coldwaters kfc because you'll get your order quicker then going to this one. Heck I think going to jackson might even be quicker then this place.

Not happy with the experience I had tonight at the local KFC location in Hillsdale. Mobile ordered ahead, for pickup at 9pm. Arrived at the store. Line for drive through had 4 cars in front of me. From getting in line to getting to the window was over 30 minutes. Staff was friendly which was nice, but I was handed the wrong order through the window. When I realized this, they gave me my order. They forgot half of my wife’s meal though - forgot her drink, mashed potatoes, and dipping sauce for the nuggets. Basically $4 worth of sides and drink was completely forgotten, and what was there was cold. I could forgive the wait time if my order was at least correct. I found this unacceptable and hope something can be done about this experience.

Taking advantage of hillsdale residents and an experiment to raise prices again is crazy. My order in Jackson was $23. In hillsdale the exact same order was $37. People still line up to be stolen from.
