I ordered online for a pickup, I ordered 3 meal combos of a 5 piece w 2 sides and fries and a drink per person and 2 famous bowls PLUS 3 chocolate cakes THAT WE DID NOT RECEIVE I paid 5$ a piece for a chocolate cake and did not get ANY!, I think the workers need to pay more attention to the receipts as it was the second thing listed on the receipt and on the mobile order. I tried to call about the cakes because 5$ a piece for chocolate cake that we didn’t even get is a little bizarre, I paid a total of 69.95$ for 3 people to eat plus dessert we didn’t receive, I tried calling the restaurant but they don’t have a number since they just opened?? And since I live out of town I wasn’t about to go all the way back into town just to get my dessert I paid for, I will be going back on Tuesday November 4th to get those desserts! All in all I think it was a 2/10 experience.

The food here is nothing like it use to be me and my wife went there today only to be disappointed. To my surprise they no longer sale chicken breast!! What?? A place called krispy krunchy chicken dont have chicken breast? But they do have tenders and I ordered 3 of them and some wedges that was lukewarm and hard and the chicken tenders was dry and hard. My wife ordered a leg and thigh and she couldn't even chew it. We will never go back I could get better out of a trash can. We went away feeling like we wasn't are money. And what kind of chicken place dont sale chicken breast?

Terrible customer service. First time in and they were extremely rude. The old woman at the counter was irritated because she had to do her job and take a food order. She was rude to my husband who is the most polite person ever. Change your attitude or retire.

Ordered a 21 PC. Chicken. it was overcooked. Meat was dry and almost gray in color. The bisquit had a nasty taste, cheap butter or something.

Girl made me stand there almost 10 minutes ...I watched her clean. The other lady in the back finally came out. I complained. She took my order...finally. The chicken is absolutely excellent!!..so are the butter bisque!

Fantastic chicken! Had it twice in a 3 day time period. We're from CA so won't be able to have it again but if you need something delicious and fast, go here!
We went to pick up a really large order that 3 family members had called in to order and the family had things all confusing . Krispy crunchy some how got the order together and they did a very great job all went good . P. S. How they got the order right I'll never know . Good job .......

We get chicken here a few times every summer. The food is usually very good and a pretty good deal. Today the boomer lady working was awful to the 3-4 people ahead of us and pretty rude to us. I couldn't imagine treating customers the way she did.
