My boy friend ordered a 3 meat stuffed crust pizza yesterday and only got a 3 meat an I called today bc he's not the type to complain but he paid extra an has to wait an didn't get what he ordered an I tried calling today bc him not being the type to complain like I said an they said sorry bc he didn't call there was nothing they could do

I witnessed the manger of hillsdale location talking rudely to an employee asking him if he was retarded and all kinds of degrading remarks and their pizza is always burnt or not done all the way if thats the kinda people they are going to hireand the type of customer service they are going to have i wont be going back.

I went inside to pick up a 'Hot n Now'- ready pizza. The drive thru line was long, but it was moving along quickly. I picked the pizza I wanted, paid, and was out of there in less than 5 minutes. The person at the register was very nice and friendly even though it was very busy. I walked into a well-lit, very clean waiting area.

Crust was hard and thin, lack of cheese and the sauce and toppings were over an 1 1/2" from the edge. I think if they're going to raise the price by 50% it should maintain a quality product.
Every time I order crazy bread with extra butter and parm, they don't add any. I say, "I'll pay whatever it takes, add extra."Nothing.They literally charge me for extra and don't add it. This is the 4th or 5th time I've felt kinda ripped off... so it's time for a review.

Went there at 8 pm, said it stayed open till 11 pm, open sign was still up. This has happened on several occasions. Used to be my favorite place to grab a quick dinner, now things have gone down hill. Servers have been rude, charged me for thing I didn't order, and had the window shut in my face.

Ordered a custom cooked pizza with custom modifications. Was given a pre-cooked pizza that was lukewarm instead. It wasn't a mistake, they did it on purpose because they didn't want to cook my custom pizza. Always check before leaving, even if you're holding up their line, who cares.

This scum place claimed free pizza for veterans on veterans day..the young staff ( obviously never served) simply said we out and ignored me..in embarrassment..I left..and will NEVER eat at this place again..and neither should any other veteran
