Got a cheese pizza close to closing time. Get it home and called them the said they had turned off the ovens but took my name, and the number said I could come by with in the next day or two for a replacement. I got there, and the manager came out and asked me what happened. I explained it to him what had happen only to have him say they couldn't help me that it was same day replacement only . Even after explaining to him when and what was given to me . He wasn't hearing it . I used to go in there about 3 times a week for a fast dinner or lunch. But I will never step foot at that store again. Good job management. In your understanding and compassion for the customer.

2nd time in row pizza was not the same. Kids didn't like it. They all grew up on lil Caesars for most part. They didn't like it. Tried getting pizza fresh but someone in back told me looks fresh to me n just tried make me feel like I'm in wrong for bringing back pizza n asking 4 fresh pizza. Before I got angry I just asked for money back n didn't give crap bout pizza

I'm actually very upset it was 930 they close at 10. Ovens were off heaters had to of been off because the cheese was firm and cold and I paid full price for cold pizza it wasn't even warm . I will never come here again. The attitude alone from the kids inside was ridiculous. The one at the window was nice. But getting eye rolls from the others in the back is just disgusting. I hate giving 1 stars but this place deserves it.

Staff pick hours the store is open apparently. Come hours before the store closes and it's still closed. Crazy. Don't bother going, you can go an hour after the place opens and a person behind the window will still rudely say it's closed.

I called and ordered my food tonight because last time it's was cold and gross so I wanted it fresh I ordered two pretzel pizzas and one regular hot and ready and three bread sticks I get home and the two pretzel pizzas were regular pizza with salt crust not a big deal I called and told the girl what happened she said I'll get you my manager I told him the same thing he says I doubt that I said so your telling me im lying so when I bring them back up there I want my money back he says I don't know who you think your talking to but I can refuse your service im fuming at this point I took it back there I told him to call me a lier to my face he started yelling at me told me he never said I was lying told me I needed to leave and he was calling the cops it's beyond ridiculous I wasn't rude at all on the phone a simple im sorry I'll replace it would have gotten the job done I'll never go to any little cesars again

My boy friend ordered a 3 meat stuffed crust pizza yesterday and only got a 3 meat an I called today bc he's not the type to complain but he paid extra an has to wait an didn't get what he ordered an I tried calling today bc him not being the type to complain like I said an they said sorry bc he didn't call there was nothing they could do
