I went inside to pick up a 'Hot n Now'- ready pizza. The drive thru line was long, but it was moving along quickly. I picked the pizza I wanted, paid, and was out of there in less than 5 minutes. The person at the register was very nice and friendly even though it was very busy. I walked into a well-lit, very clean waiting area.
Everytime I go, I use the drive thru and the staff at the window have always been extremely friendly. It's usually a younger lady who helps us, but today I stopped by to get my son some crazy bread and there was an older lady at the window and she was so sweet.
After a long day, decided to get Little Caesar’s. Went in, ordered, paid and told them we’d be back in a few to pick it up. Through the worst bad luck, our order ended up having to be made three times. Normally, I’d be furious at this point. But the staff, specifically Lexi, handled everything so wonderfully and the apologies so genuine, when we finally left with our order, I was quite satisfied with the resolution. Thank you, Little Caesar’s.
