McDonalds fries used to be the best. Now they are served cold, cooked in old oil and really really salted
Currently sitting in the waiting lane, its been 10 minutes still waiting on my food. The workers are not friendly at all. When you visit do expect to sit in this lane for god only knows how long. Just save yourself the time and go to another restaurant because clearly they dont care about the customer here.

You know what? This place is probably awful but that's NOT the employees fault!! Most of the time anyway. If fu cking MANAGEMENT and bit ch-a ss CEO's want to employ the bare minimum of people while also having orders come through the drive through (1), the front register (2), the door dashers (3), the curb-side pickup (4), and the kiosks (5) all in order to maximize profit, then don't be surprised if your food is late and s hitty! Oh! I'm f ucking sorry! Did you not get your over priced slop in time? Well they're not in charge of the fu cking prices dumba ss and there's literally 30 other people we're attempting to serve at the same time who all want their food immediately! This place is fine! It's fine! The food is subpar, the service is whatever, you don't even have to tip it's fast food just f uck off and eat your s hit!!!! They're doing fine!!!!
Worst experience in my life and I'm 65 this place is a joke. Every manager needs re trained or replaced. I have had 4 visits in the past 2 months in the breakfast time horrible staff are very rude to several customers. I even heard the manager telling the staff to tell some of them to go to Jonesville we don't have time for them. Several verbal altercations between the manager and customers. It was an embarrassment to the franchise
Go to Jonesville absolutely no customer service skills at this location. The blue haired manager has 0 management skills or even basic customer service skills. I ordered a curbside order didn’t check my order as there was only one other customer in drive thru so I figured they could keep two orders straight well shame on me for thinking. I don’t live close so I drive all the way back to get the sandwich I ordered the manager hands it to me no apology no nothing! So I tell her I thought it was pretty ridiculous that there were only two customers total at the time of my order and it still wasn’t double checked before handing it out and she just closes the window in my face in the middle of my sentence I was not yelling or swearing or anything of the sort. I was just looking for acknowledgement and that maybe since there is a younger crowd working there that she would acknowledge that was unacceptable and maybe use that as a teaching moment for her crew NOPE. Apparently good customer service is lost along with morals and manners. Drive the few extra miles to Jonesville it beats making a double trip for crap customer service like I was the one who made it an inconvenience. Do better
Usually this place is pretty good about service and quality, but today they made the order wrong. When I took it back, they made it wrong again. Third time was the charm.

You treated me as a valued customer and reminded me why I love our local restaurants, businesses, and fast food, because your professional care meets my needs as a customer. The person taking my order was rude and didn't speak ti me when i entered. The gm was standing there as well. Seemed nervous to give an interview. How a gm is so unprofessional that they are nervous ti give an interview

Stopped to get my son a happy meal, my car gets pulled up, wait for 8min, just to have to get out my car and go back in for the sauce ,they didn’t put in my bag. Then it’s another 5 min wait to figure out 3 sauce cups. Simply baffled.
This is the only McDonald's that consistently will have you pull forward and wait 20 minutes for your food. This happened today again for 2 mcdoubles and a large fry. A simple small order smh do better
I went through the drive-thruand ordered 2 nugget meals and one big mac meal. They gave me 2 nugget meals and 3 rinks and no big mac meal. The wrong sauce, so we had the entirely wrong order. I was charged $28, and the receipt was correct. Don't recommend drive thru.
