This is a normal Subway... It could function normally... but the people that work here are just incompetent.

Don’t expect fast or accurate service from this location if using the mobile app, after placing my order and arriving after the app indicated that my order was made and ready for pick up I still had to wait an additional 25 minutes for the workers to even begin making the food. After getting home it was also recognized that both subs were made incorrectly. Save your money, go somewhere else.

You can tell, just by walking in, the employees are overworked and that there are no proper systems put in place for the employees to be successful. I ordered a sub online at 12:02 PM and it was not ready until 12:34 PM.Management needs to increase wages and improve systems so employees and customers will be happy and satisfied.

Tonight's service was absolutely terrible! We're a large sized family of 7 and decided to eat out tonight. The woman behind the counter screamed at us asking how many subs she's making and demanded to know which ones with a very unpleasant tone I believe her name is Kayla. She got mad at my husband for messing up his sub and assuming she knew what he wanted with having to remake his sub that she kindly chose for him. Never apologized for her tone. Thankfully Tracey another employee was extremely apologetic and gave us 10 percent for this other employees behavior. The atmosphere was dirty, not welcoming, our subs were sloppy and for the money we spent I wish we would've chose another place to eat. Another place in Hillsdale going downhill and it starts with who they've hired. Do better Subway!
