Worst service ever . Waited 10 minutes at drive thru speaker , no one in front of me a line to road behind me . They kept telling me they would be right with me . Then my food order was incorrect and just thrown in the bad . Very frustrating and disappointing.

Minus Stars? Over 20 minutes sitting in line. Woman taking order completely committed to misunderstanding everything seemingly on purpose and made a very simple and direct order placement into an ordeal. Sometimes I should really pay more attention to how the opening tone is set. It really does tell you how the whole thing is gonna go.
Left without paying or waiting it out. What a waste. Some people really should not have a public facing job.

I recommend the franchise transfer someone down here to be the manager and find someone who knows how to train people. Spent 10 minutes in the drive thru and the line didn’t move so I went inside to order and seen a guy take 13 minutes to prepare one thing of nachos. And only finished one order in 32 minutes. They need real training here they look like they don’t know what they’re doing.

Waited 30+ minutes for food and was told they make each order 1 at a time. Nothing fast about this “fast” food place. All the food should be prepped too so not sure why you only do 1 order at a time. From the car I could see at least 4 people behind the counter and 3 of them did not move once in my 15 minutes waiting for food.

Food was terrible. Pop was flat and warm. I was overcharged. Service was extremely slow and the restaurant was very dirty. Will never go to this Taco Bell ever again and maybe any taco bell again. If I could, I would give this a zero stars, instead of one star.

The staff here is extremely rude! Waited in line for probably 30 minutes to be served cold food and hardly any ice in the pop. I love Taco Bell, but this location needs some work. Every-time I go here it seems to be the same experience and to top it off they forgot my sauce! How hard is it to read a order on a screen and check the bag?

worker cheyenne was very rude about a coupon for a taco because we did not tell her we had it at the window, i think this is very unnecessary and very poor customer service

My son and I went inside to order and that was a bad idea and I won't do it again in the future. They would not take our order at the counter and made everyone inside use the kiosk. You don't get a paper receipt through the kiosk which I wanted. The Baja blast was only coming out carbonation and I let them know but they didn't restock it so we had to drink something else which my son was looking forward to the Baja blast and lastly they were completely out of mild sauce. So what would have taken us minutes through the drive thru took us over 20 minutes inside. There was an elderly man who came in to order after me and the worker came out and tried helping him with the kiosk as well but she eventually finished his order at the register.
