Worst food I’ve had in a while. Just gets worse and worse. Asked to remake for me and was told “I don’t trust my team.” So now I have to go out of my way and get my order remade tomorrow night. Got a chicken Catina bowl for $10 and this is what I got. Half bowl and No chicken.

They will not take more than one mobile order at a time and will make you drive around so then your food is cold. Only Taco Bell I know of that does this. Also, only fast food restaurant I think it’s time to get with the times!

Super slow, always a line in the drive through. Cost has skyrocketed, the breakfast crew is the worst, making the saddest looking food and it’s cold.

The actual food was good. The person at the window was unfriendly, and they didn't put in our sauces like they asked us about. Why ask if you're not even going to do it? And no napkins. Sorry, but do better.

11:30ish at night, and staff is rude, food is warm, at drive thru took a hell of a long time. Temped to start driving to coldwater so I don't get attitude anymore.

they skimped on the steak in the grilled steak burrito with only 2 pieces in the whole thing and burned our quesadillas !!!!

They goofed up the order but the biggest issue is the amounts for each item don’t match the total. We were overcharged 12 1/2% on the subtotal and didn’t notice it until we got home. Wondering how many hundreds if nit thousands of dollars they have overcharged others. Check your receipt

My husband and I went through the drive through and as we were trying to order the manager started yelling through the head set tell my husband to speak English and being very rude and disrespectful. My husband was speaking English. As we got to the window I asked for her manager she rudely said I am the manager is there a problem I then said the way she talked to my husband was rude and unprofessional customer service she then shut the window. I had to then go in because they messed up the order and she was rude to me then. 9/20/2024 at 3:57pm

I ordered almost $30 worth of food from the app, drove 25 minutes for my food, then was told their systems are down and they couldn't fulfill my order. I totally get that, but when I asked about getting my money back I was told to go through the app. Was "refunded" that way but it says about a 3 day wait. I never got that refund back at all after waiting almost 2 weeks. :( Not cool.

Ordered online so I could eat it inside when I got there. The ticket was still in the printer. They hadn’t even pulled. outside there is trash around. The building, Doesn’t look like it’s been swept up recently getting inside had a hard time finding a clean table to sit in, went and got a napkin and clean my own spot. I had ordered five dollar meal that was just right.

Ordered about a 30.00 dollar meal last night, they completely messed that order up so I ended up taking it back, they remade the whole ordered which I was like okay we are good now. But now everyone that meal last night woke up sick from the food. The lobby looked like it hasn't been cleaned since they opened and we're they make the food was even worse.
