WOW take a look at these bangin nuggets!!! Just enough crispness to break your teeth .. you want fresh nuggets ? Don’t expect it from Taco Bell .. you order a quesadilla… what do you get ? An onion quesadilla.. no meat no cheese .. just onions … you want rude service ?Taco Bell Drive thru has just what you need ..stick with Wendy’s. Because Taco Bell is horrific !! Fire all staff and start fresh !!

Stood at the counter for nearly 15 minutes waiting to talk to an employee about the fact that the pop was out of syrup, unorganized, worried about music playing in the back than replacing things needed or aiding customers at the counter

Car after car going through the drive thru and nobody getting food inside. 3 people working drive thu and 1 person making dine in orders. We've been waiting 30 minutes so far. (Update) 45 minutes to get food and another 15 minutes of my wife standing at the counter being ignored trying to get our drinks.

Last 2 times we ordered, we did not receive all items. Our tacos were slimy from the rotten lettuce and 1 taco had a cinnamon twist inside. Perhaps the employees are too occupied with 911 calls due to employees fighting amongst themselves. We will no longer be ordering from this establishment with such low standers who obviously do not value their customers.

Avoid this place. We spent 50 dollars on our food and asked simple things to the staff THAT NOBODY could mess up, like keep one order separate - they threw one box in with that order and when we asked for that stuff to be put back in a box they got extremely irate with us, they shorted us two items, and they handed us like 50 loose sauces and they fell all over the place! They also didnt put a lid on tightly to our drinks and didnt even think to hand those to us. We asked them for the two items and they literally threw them inside the bag without being wrapped up. When my friend said this wasnt right and this is bs, the “manager” was insanely rude and screamed at us and threatened to call the cops for “swearing at her driveup”. My friend was just trying to get across to them that this quality of service for the amount that she paid was horrible! Please buy from a local restaurant instead of this place. You’ll probably get way better service and food
Pretty slow drive through but food is good!
I ordered a simple Crunchwrap. SIMPLE. By the time it reached my hands, it looked like it had seen war. That thing was folded like someone tried origami for the first time and gave up halfway through.
The guy at the counter said “my bad” but in the tone of someone who absolutely was not sorry. Bro looked at me like I was the one who messed up his day by ordering food at a restaurant.
Then the taco… nah. That taco was 90% lettuce, 10% sadness. I bit into it and it just fell apart like my GPA.
The whole place smelled like someone microwaved regret.
The only good thing? The hot sauce packets. They understood me. They said “You got this.” No I don’t, Diablo packet, but thank you for trying.
Would I go again? Probably. I have no self-respect and the cinnamon twists slap.

I was charged at the kiosk, then told payment failed and to pay at the counter. My app confirmed the order went through, but when I showed this to the first employee, she dismissed me, told me to “take it up with the bank,” and threw up her hands saying she was on break — while the lobby was packed with customers waiting for food.
I waited through her break hoping someone else would help. A second employee did try, but the GM shut it down, saying, “If it’s not in our system, we won’t make it,” and never spoke to me directly.
When the first employee returned, she repeated the same line. Pressed for time, I paid again at the register just to get back to work. Right then I showed proof from my bank that I had been double charged. Fast forward to today — both charges remain.
Broken kiosk system and rude, unprofessional staff and management who refused to resolve an obvious error in a busy lobby.

We were the only people in the dining room and it took too long for the food. When we got it, it was a mess! I understand a little bit of cheese and lettuce here and there but there was sloppy meat all over the outside of the wrappers. My hubby’s burrito was not even rolled into a burrito shape and the meat was all over the wrapper. When he took it to the counter to have it re-made, the lady(who I think was the manager) was very rude to him. She was instantly on the defense. She then yelled loudly to the rest of the staff “Can we remake this burrito and make it actually look like a burrito!”Aside from the messiness, the wait and the rudeness of the manager lady…the food was good though. This team needs to step it up a bit.

Another day, Another complaint.
Went through drive through, me and another vehicle in front of me. Gets their food. INTENTIONALLY gave us their food and INTENTIONALLY gave them ours. The vehicle drives down the street turns around and comes back to WATCH me and my sister get overwhelmed and upset and LAUGHED because we’ve been here before many times and the workers don’t like us. I JUST got off work, and wanted some food all for you to INTENTIONALLY give us the wrong food. Tacobell, your workers need to go because I’m tired of trying to get myself something after a long day only to be laughed at and given the wrong food TWICE.

Don't go through the drive thru if you are in a hurry because it's not fast. I sat there behind one vehicle after I ordered my 2 items for 15 minutes. The one vehicle before me had $39 worth versus my $5 order. The person running the drive thru didn't apologize for the wait nor did they ask the vehicle that ordered that much to pull ahead so they could get to the long line of ppl waiting. Taco Bell needs to do better. They can ask ppl who order a lot of food to pull ahead so they can get to the other ppl who have only a couple items. The food was good thankfully.
