Worst service ever . Waited 10 minutes at drive thru speaker , no one in front of me a line to road behind me . They kept telling me they would be right with me . Then my food order was incorrect and just thrown in the bad . Very frustrating and disappointing.
Today I was greeted at the Drive thru by Sam, the closing manager. I totally screwed up my order trying to be fancy and order online, and Sam made it all good - saving me from a little kid melt down in my back seat! THANK YOU SAM!! The service was great, the food was hot and my mistake was fixed. Thankful for Sam going above and beyond tonight.
I've been there before, food was good. Came in at 2am today, I guess it's closed?? Says 3am so I'm not sure... some people were there, one in the kitchen, one smoking in their car. No one taking orders.
