I ordered almost $30 worth of food from the app, drove 25 minutes for my food, then was told their systems are down and they couldn't fulfill my order. I totally get that, but when I asked about getting my money back I was told to go through the app. Was "refunded" that way but it says about a 3 day wait. I never got that refund back at all after waiting almost 2 weeks. :( Not cool.
Ordered online so I could eat it inside when I got there. The ticket was still in the printer. They hadn’t even pulled. outside there is trash around. The building, Doesn’t look like it’s been swept up recently getting inside had a hard time finding a clean table to sit in, went and got a napkin and clean my own spot. I had ordered five dollar meal that was just right.
i thought the two workers i saw were doing a great job. i’m not sure if their names but they were older and i thought they were doing a great job. it was quite busy and they got my order all correct and were super kind
