Staff are less productive when you spend more time yelling at them than actually productively helping. Whoever is yelling demeaning comments to staff, at 5:45 on 1/24, in the prep area needs to be talked to. I have worked single side food prep in fast food. The 15+ guests in the lobby do not need to hear this.

I am done with this location. This is the second time they have effed up my order. They first today gave me the wrong order, and when I went in to correct it. They almost gave me the wrong size and I just found out during my lunch period that they still got one of my sandwiches wrong. Completely wrong one. The management can't even get things right. I'm done with them. Go to a different location if you can. Not here!

Two 10 piece orders of nuggets and two large frostys is over 20 dollars. Also the size of the frostys are smaller than they've ever been. Absolutely criminal. Franchise owners should be ashamed of themselves.
