Blackthorn’s burgers are amazing! Love the pub burger in particular. Absolutely the best burger I’ve ever had. Not sure what their secret is, but OMG, always amazed how delish it is!!
I just want to share that last Friday me and my fiancé got some engagement photos done inside Blackthorn Pub - as this was somewhere we used to go on dates - and the staff was absolutely amazing! The bartender (forgive me, I don't know his name - long beard?) was incredible! He was very accommodating and friendly - even picked up our beer tab! It just further solidified why Blackthorn is one of our go to spots - I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend checking them out.
I will admit, they turned this place around. I haven't been here in a few years and I do live locally. Last time I visited the service was really slow, so slow that we sat at a table for 15 minutes before being greeted. The food took another 30 minutes to arrive and we didn't see the waiter again until it was time for the check. However, this time was a 180. We were sat and greeted in less than two minutes, the food arrived six minutes later. Whoever is in charge now...
