We ordered Brisket, chicken and Mac & cheese! Let me tell you the boys LOVED he food! Everything was FANTASTIC but the brisket was the BEST they’ve ever had! very moist and full of flavor! Thank you Dave, we’ll definitely be placing future orders with you!!!👏👏👏

What a great find. It's a roadside stand type place so I applied the atmosphere star to our overall experience which was great. I believe the owner took our orders, explained options/recommendation, just great service. As newbies we got a free sample of the candied bacon and it's delicious. Wife had chopped chicken, pulled pork and ribs which she said were terrific.Our son had the brisket with beans and cheesy potatoes which he devoured without sharing. I had smoked baked potato w/o meat, incredible. Looking forward to our next visit.

Edit: I’ve been back many times and continue to be blown away. So far I’ve tried: Pulled pork: tender, flavorful, great seasoning choice Chopped chicken: moist, delicious Brisket: fell apart in my mouth. Even the fat was delicious. On par with the best meats I’ve ever had. Insane Mac n cheese: amazing. Also somehow easy on the lactose intolerance. Sweet bbq: the meat is so good half the bites I don’t use it. So I store it for later and use it on everything else. Sweet and tangy but not too much. The perfect accent Corn bread: amazing Jalapeño corn bread: amazing plus candied bacon and some kick. Adds a super unique flavor to the plate.
And now the cheesy potatoes. I am so picky about cheesy potatoes but there was no hesitation when they told me they added it to the menu. They’re perfect

went there tonight and got the 3 meat plater. I had the ribs and pulled pork and chicken and he gave me a sample of the brisket. I also had the baked beans and Mac and cheese. I do a lot of meat smoking myself and try a lot of places. His smoked meats are very good and at a very good price. I highly recommend.

My fiance does not like bbq because of the price to what we end up with mediocre bbq that wasnt worth it. Usually has no flavor too much salt and too dry. NOT THIS PLACE!!!! The ribs were so meaty AND juicy! The pulled pork and brisket moist and smokey! The baked beans were delicious! Smokey, sweet and spicy all a layers as you chew them. Green beans and bacon, need i say more? The candied bacon!!! Oh my goodness!! That is your dessert right there! They could even put chocolate on that candied bacon and i could have a pound of that! So, so delicious! Definitely check this place out if you have not!! Dave is super nice, professional and has great customer service. I emailed about 12-18 different food trucks for a wedding i was planning and he was the ONLY one to contact to me and walk me through their menu, pricing and what they offer. If you have them cater your wedding or just going out you have made the right choice! Thank you Dave!!!

Crackers Snacks Barbecue catered our engagement party, and people are STILL raving about the food! The brisket and cheesy potatoes disappeared first (I wish I’d ordered double—lesson learned!) That’s how good it was—nobody could stop going back for more. And they are affordable! Easy to work with, helped me plan according to my budget, everything was seamless with the set up.
I ordered more food than I thought I would need and it was all gone by the end of our engagement party. everybody from my corporate work friends to my neighbors to my out-of-town family to in-laws talked about the food! it was a common denominator which gave everybody something in common- commenting on how amazing the food was!!! We ordered a 2 meat combo pulled pork and brisket ( side sauce of sweet bbq) with a double side of their cheesy potatoes. It was absolutely amazing. Portioned great for two people for a lunch and only paid $21 with a tip!
