Good customer service but my pizza was VERY lightly topped. Only had bacon on 3 slices. Howie bread was a little under done. Haven’t had Hungry Howies in a long time and I was disappointed with the experience

We had the BBQ Howie Wings, a Howie Maui Pizza, and a BBQ Chicken Pizza. Everyone really liked it, The wings were awesome and the pizza was cooked perfectly. That's the first time I've been to that store and I will definitely go back.

Ordered around 5:30 pm and the person on the phone said that it would take about 30 minutes we waited and waited waited and then it’s now 6:25 and I see the driver outside of my house I wave and then he turns the car around and floors it. So we call them and they said he forgot the pizza, then we wait and now it’s 6:30 and the delivery guy goes to the wrong house so I yell across my yard and say hey it’s over hear. Then he gives me our pizza then I think everything’s all right but nope I open the pizza and it’s the completely wrong one then seconds later I hear banging on my window!? I look and it’s the delivery driver and he says sorry I gave you the wrong pizza can I have it back and the receipt so I give it back and he drives recklessly away. I am astonished at how bad my service was, this is unacceptable I won’t be buying here again.

Extremely disappointed normally this place is great when they work with their own employees when they deal through DoorDash for their deliveries is a terrible idea. Please hire more drivers. It took almost 2 hours to get my pizza by the time I got it. It was so cold and nasty. I couldn’t even eat itwas extremely warm we made a complaint through the Howies app and no compensation was made. Please stick with him house employees and apparently their app screwed up and took away all of the added points so now I get burned again and lose out on a earned free pizza by losing their points🤦♂️ looks like I’ll have to find a new place to get pizza

Ordered a simple large pizza, unfortunately, it was burnt, still edible though. I left a survey from the confirmation email, and was contacted by phone the same night. Was given a replacement pizza at no extra cost, and the manager at the time, Ryan, was very personable!
