Tonight was horrible, long story short just now the manager Jesse saved the night. When employees sit on the counter where pizza and food and is cut and prepared shouldn’t be allowed. But Jesse the manager on 12-1-25 helped out tremendously. 3 stars bc of Jesse saving the day.
Going on day 13 and still no refund on my card. My bank said it’s the pizza places issue not the banks. Called little Caesar and they told me it’s the bank issue. Never again will we be back. Absolutely embarrassing. I hope this place gets shut down and hopefully whoever owns this place doesn’t own any other locations.

Instead of trying to resolve the issue the owner/manager was completely unreasonable. He offered no real help or courtesy. It felt like he was more interested in arguing than finding a solution Extremely disappointed!! (I cut and pasted most of that from another reviewer because it described my experience to the T)

Rarely do I get what I ask for here. These guys can’t listen for shit 😂 today I went in thinking I will order as easy and as slow as possible. One regular pizza please, just add extra cheese and extra pepperoni. No questions asked, payed, waited for my food. Same guy comes back with 2 pizzas. One just cheese, one cheese and pepperoni. When I said I just ordered one with extra cheese and extra pepperoni he proceeded to say I ordered an extra most best and a cheese only. Those words never came out of my mouth. I wouldn’t be writing this review if the people who worked here didn’t always mess everything up, every time. Also guy in the back cooking had really long messy hair, not pulled back, not in a hair net, just out and crazy. Gross. Do better.

Ordered 2 pizzas on June 29 2025. Requested 2 hot and ready butter and parmesan on the whole pizza. Was charged for said request. Received 2 plane hot and ready pizzas for an upcharge. And they cut the pie in every shape but a triangle. Disappointed, gave them a phone call but I imagine their manager won’t hear about it

Putting salt on a regular pizza does not make it a pretzel pizza. Second time now. Also staff seems like their on a different planet.

Went in to get my boys two hot and ready, worker was a nice young man. One of the pizza had a a couple strings of blond hair was very disappointing and disgusting. I called to let them know, I recommend wearing a hairnet when making pizzas, it should be a common practice.
Same as the rest of them I guess.
