I guess this is one of the worst McDonalds, they can never get anything right, and are always very slow, it shouldn’t be called fast food, just lazy people working here.

The food was served hot and freshly made. The drink stations needed to have the syrups refilled, but the workers were quick to get us drinks from their drive through station.

I went tuesday night at 10:25 through the drive through. I was the only one in line and waited over 10 mins for one meal. then when the manager gave me my food she was EXTREMELY rude. i then asked for a hot mustard very nicely and she acted like i was a horrible stupid person for asking and was like uhm are you gonna pay for it? then said you know it’s not free we charge here. it’s 37 cents do u still want it or not and i said no and she slammed the door and was just extremely rude and definitely should not be manager. it’s just obvious she’s very unhappy and doesn’t want to be there. not only was there horrible service but when i did get my food after waiting over 10 mins. it was all cold. all of it was like it was left out!

So it seems like everytime i come here something is always missing like a sauce or a burger if i ordered 2 or more. Also whenever i order a simple order like a mcdouble and a McChicken, i have to wait. Yet anytime someone ahead of me orders a complex order they get it right away.....

Takes a little longer than normal but you have to think they might be short staffed.... I ordered an online order and the forgot to order something. Lady took the order at the window, my card kept declining even though I have money in my account, the lady let me get the food anyways❤️

HIGHLY disappointed in this location, especially after my experience today. Manager is EXTREMELY disrespectful to customers, out right ignoring us when we ask for things missing from our order, making comments that’s she’s simply to busy to help customers with getting cups, receipts, taking payment, etc. I understand being short staffed, but still not ever a reason for a manager especially to be out right rude and disrespectful to customers.
This McDonald's is terrible. Staff is horrible. The night shift manager doesn't have the mental or emotional strength to deal with customers and problems. She needs to be fired. Cant handle the stress of being busy and getting food out correctly. Ripped a bag of food out of a customers hand then refused to refund the money. Then said she was going to call the police. Zero stars. They need to find a manager that can actually run the place instead of swearing at customers.
