This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to multiple times I’ve been parked being the only person in the drive-through today. I got to sit in the drive-through and watch three other cars get their orders taken before mine was even acknowledged.

Devin, that's the manager of the holly location was unbelievably rude and not a good representation of his organization. Extremely bossy , wanted to talk over his customers, did not offer a easy service that mcdonalds usually provides. Devin gave me the worse service I have ever had at a mcdonalds and should not work for this organization anymore.
My kids were late to school cause of the situation, no one received food so my kids left hungry and lost my rewards on my app.
It set the pace for my day and my pace is ruined. Thanks Devin your a real winner 🏆
The food was good, though my order was wrong they made it right very quickly. The Biggest problem was the place was absolutely filthy!! We sat at the only semi clean table to eat and talked about reasons that it could look so bad!! ( It was Ren fair weekend) The floors were sticky and gross. It was just bad.

Waited for almost 15 minutes for a nuggets meal and a big mac meal with a smoothie. They didn't bring the smoothie nor bother to put the sauce in the bag. Fries tasted old even tho they were hot and just dropped. How is this the worst mcdonalds we ever have the misfortune of stopping at? It's consistently this bad in the afternoons, at this specific location.
