I ordered breakfast from the kiosk but had to go to the counter to order extra breakfast sauce, the gentlemen at the counter was very nice and polite and took care of me…. HOWEVER there was a young girl working grill and was complaining loud enough for me to hear her! Here is what she said “ I am in the middle of making food and someone has to have breakfast sauce” “worst invention ever created” “ it’s EVERYWHERE, all over my hands” She should know that people (customers) can hear her and it was really RUDE!

The service is horrible.NOT EVEN BUSY! Place is dirty. This MacDonald used to be very nice and clean. It had great service . . Even the manager left us standing there and didn’t take our order. Wow is all I can say.

This McDonald’s on Holly Road consistently has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The staff are rude, unfriendly, and act like you’re bothering them just by ordering food. Almost every time I go, they forget items from my order—drinks, sauces, even full meals. And when you point it out, they’ll fix it, sure—but with zero apology, attitude, or attempt to make it right. It’s like they don’t care at all about improving or providing even basic service. I’ve given them too many chances, but nothing changes. Avoid this location if you can.

20 minutes for a cheeseburger and chicken nuggets. That's all I have to say and it's usually a 20-minute wait every time. Nothing is ever ready and the kids they have working here could give two craps about their job

Apparently no one knows how to use the register anymore all 7 of the employees are just there to talk with each other. Hurry and get nothing but robots and get rid of the entitled employees so when we order nuggets they are still warm and not stale I would not have a problem with everyone there wasn't even anyone in the Drive-Thru

Absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional staff. I hope the franchise knows how much money they lose because of their incompetent staff. Their shake machine is always down, always. I came for a shake for my sick mother, and as usual they say it’s down so I took my happy ass to the Fenton one. They didn’t pull me up to fake their counting clock that they have for when a car is sitting in the drive through and we’re so fast. You’re better off just going to the Fenton one on Owen road.

Nobody wanted to attend as they could see me on there screen where they were standing around doing nothing the front counter I had to call to place a order I watched them arguing about who was going to do tend to the counter then I had this black gress or something all over the inside of the wrapping idk if they did something to it or never clean the cooking utilities over all pretty bad place to get food from
