Horrible experience i order food and did not get the order or my refund. In my 15 years of running my own business I have never treated a customer that way. I am disgusted on the way they treated me and my wife.

Food was good but the older lady working today is just so mean I felt so unwelcome in the store. I placed an online order and was just waiting quietly when she asked “can I help u” in a rude way and I said oh im just waiting for a online order then she got all snippy with me how it’s not ready.

Every time I order from here online it is never ready on time and I always come 10-15 minutes after it's supposed to be done. If I go in to order they take their time. Slowest i have ever been to. They never answer the drive thru window and if you go in to pick up an order I do not get greeted. This is the worst one I've ever been to.

Wednesday,November 13th. I placed an order online waited until the appointed time to pick it up. The person behind the counter was alone and apparently very stressed. I picked up my order from the shelf and found out that an item was missing. We had ordered a foot long cookie. When the employee saw me standing there asked in a harried, rude way if they could help me. I mentioned my missing item and the employee went off on me. Saying they only got two hands and a few other things. I was polite and said it’s okay I’ll wait while they assisted the other patron. A couple of minutes passed and the employee turns to me and says what kind of cookie? I said the foot long one. The employee then yells at me to ask what kind of cookie. To be honest I didn’t know that there was any other flavor. I understand the employee was feeling stressed but I didn’t deserve to be yelled at.
