Food is pretty good, it’s not restaurant level but it’s different than other fast food. Service is average, often times lacking, and atmosphere feels like your dead grandmas house. Overall not a bad place to stop, but probably not my first food choice.

I honestly don't understand how this place is still in business. Multiple times over the past few months I have gone here on my lunch break and attempted to go through the drive through, I have sat at the speaker or behind a car at the speaker for at least 8 min before I finally decided on taco bell. We ordered two biggie bags. One a jbc and one a crispy chicken. We were given 1 jbc and another jbc with just bacon and a patty. We were also treated very poorly by the staff. My recommendation is to never come here.

Worst experience in drive through. Lady taking order name is kaitlyn (may not be spelled correctly) was very very rude and disrespectful. Had an attitude. My wife asked what kind of (juices) they had and (kaitlyn) rudely replied we have coke products. My wife again nicely asked what kind of JUICE they had. (Kaitlyn) again rudely replied with coke products. I then stepped in and said coke is pop she asked what kind of JUICES you had then her manager stepped in and said if I was going to be rude then I needed to leave so I just left.

The place smelled like it had been wiped down with used mop water. Coke machine needed wiped down (looked like it hadn't been done in days). Last 2 times, no napkins In my bag or in the dispensary.

As I walk in I see a guy in the corner just outside the entrance.. Go in and nobody is at the counter. Someone I assume is the manager said let me go get someone to help you. Asked where someone is at and I said I saw some guy standing in the corner looking like a weirdo outside the entrance. He went out there and said something to him. I waited a couple minutes for that guy to come help. He never did, I walked out and he was still in the corner looking weird I guess looking at his phone. Went to Taco Bell next door got my order walked back to Wendy's (where I parked) and he was still on the corner. Hire people that wanna work not sit outside the entrance not doing anything.
