This was my first visit to Biggby, and I was very impressed. Emily went above and beyond with her service. She prepared my coffee and bagel perfectly, was professional and welcoming, and even wrote my order on paper to put on the wall so she can remember it whenever I come back. That kind of personal touch is outstanding and something I have never seen before. Truly excellent service!

This is the best Biggby location. The weekend morning crew are very friendly and provide excellent service. Drinks are always hot and made perfectly. Bagels are good too. Missy is the drive thru person on weekend and she is always happy to see customers and is so nice!
I started going on weekday mornings before work now. Drinks are fine.
But that Saturday and Sunday weekend crew is 10/10 every visit!!
EDIT: I really wavered on this because maybe I’m too sensitive but I decided to post because I hope the employee sees it and learns something. I went last week during the afternoon for my usual order. It is a very fussy order, but they get it right and it’s delicious. Yes, it’s decaf. The young lady took my card and handed it back and the window closed. I overheard her say “I don’t want to judge but decaf?” And then I could not hear the rest. I am always so friendly when I go and I tip well because the order is fussy. I keep spending money on Biggby because I like the flavor, and don’t want to give up my coffee treats. There is still some caffeine in decaf. But maybe before you judge consider that some of us have doctors that told us no more caffeine in our lives for health reasons. Some of us can’t have dairy. I’m sorry that makes for a fussy order but isn’t it better for business to keep getting my business and tips than break up with Biggby entirely? I always tip. I am always friendly even on my worst days. I am hoping I can receive the same friendly customer service back without judgment.

I got ducked with this cute duck that I love even came with a coupon so of course I had to go use it. Let me tell you they are the most friendly people I have ever met at a biggby and I will be coming back when I’m in holt.
Bad service. Constantly getting your orders wrong, refuse to fix their mistakes, and just tell you they’ll try better next time.
Edit: Already tried handling this privately and was made very clear nothing would be done. I’m taking my business elsewhere.

I’ve been coming to this Biggby for a while now and when I first started ordering from this location I had nothing but positive things to say. Lately the staff has had really bad attitudes and my drinks have been messed up. I also placed a larger order about a week ago for me and all of my coworkers and the worker did not charge my card when I was there. I called back to offer to pay over the phone with my card and the girl accused me of not paying!! I’m just so disappointed because I love Biggby and this location is super close to my job so it’s convenient to go there. With the poor customer service and messed up drinks I might as well go somewhere else…
