I come to this Dunkin pretty often and they are one of the better ones! Coffee is always great! This morning I was missing a couple donuts in my order and I called later to see what they could do! They immediately resolved the problem and were super nice about it, so I absolutely appreciate their management team!!

The Indian lady in Dunkin’s needs some customer service training. She was there at 3 today on Oct 12. I wish I got her name so I could complain to corporate! Get her some customer service training! She’s TERRIBLE!l so RUDE!!!

Terrible service! Avoid at all costs!!!! Rudest staff I have ever met! I waited in the drive thru line for a DoorDash order as it does not state you must go in and 99% of places you can pick up through the drive thru. I finally get to the window and the person just blank stares at me stupidly and was like yeah we don’t that you’re gonna have to come in. Then wait inside another long period of time and the person refuses to give me my order without retrieving my phone from the car. The topper my order was wrong!
