We used Gravity BBQ for our wedding and we were 110% satisfied. Fair prices, EXCELLENT BBQ, cornbread and mac & cheese. Food was fresh and on time. Bobby really knows what he's doing. We would highly recommend Gravity BBQ for any catering event as well as a night out to dinner.
The BBQ is good. But the Sandwiches and some other itmes are constructed poorly. Shredded cheese is low end and will not melt like fresh cheese. Omelets are tasteless and heavily salty due to smokes meats. Kitchen needs an upgrade to create a menu that keeps the quality off the BBQ, not destroys it. Then again, if the kitchen staff spent as much time trying to create tasteful food as they do hitting on the hostess and waistaff maybe then the food would be better.
