We made reservations 2 weeks prior for 25 people Saturday afternoon 2:30 we arrive there and they only have one waitress handling everything you can't blame the waitress the management understaffed her there was people that waited for over an hour and a half to get their food. Ask for a chicken Caesar wrap 30 minutes later they bring me a salad instead they said we're out of rap so we turned your order into a salad. I can't give this place any better rating than a one star. I called Sunday to talk to a manager I was on hold 5 minutes no one ever came to the phone

Wife and I went at 2pm on a Saturday. There were 6ish other tables. We were seated by the hostess and sat and waited. We waited for 25 minutes without anyone coming to our table. I did my best to flag servers down, but they avoided any sort of eye contact. There were at least 2 servers and a hostess for 6 tables and we couldn't even get water! After 25 minutes we finally left. No one said a word to us the entire time!! It was weird!

Once again this place fails to even have basic good service. Cold food, waited over an hour for our food only to have one main dish made incorrectly and another with missing items. Server couldn't even keep a glass of water full. We were clearly agitated and not one sorry or thank you. 10/10 would highly not recommend. I used to love this place before they moved to a larger location, but ever since they have been quite awful, this is the third time this place has failed.
Went here when they had karaoke, it was decently packed. The server was attentive. Only issues were the food and drinks. Ordered a ranchwater and it tasted terrible. Got a brisket sandwich which lacked flavor. They give you bbq sauces to add on your meats or side which wasn't bad. Their chili is fully watered down.

We used Gravity BBQ for our wedding and we were 110% satisfied. Fair prices, EXCELLENT BBQ, cornbread and mac & cheese. Food was fresh and on time. Bobby really knows what he's doing. We would highly recommend Gravity BBQ for any catering event as well as a night out to dinner.

Let me tell you how amazing these wings are. They’re so amazing that I was grouchy, hangry, crabby, and felt like I was ignored (for 8 whole minutes and they were very busy PLUS the girl who served me last time came by to say hi, so they really are nice here) and I’m still here to give them a five star review because these wings are incredible! Come here every day of your life. If you only have five days to live, come here twice a day for five days. So good.
