The food was amazing. Crust on the brisket, perfection. Smoked sausage so flavorful. The smokey flavor in the pulled pork and chopped chicken is awesome. You can't go wrong with the sides, but the baked beans are a can't miss. The slaw, cornbread and onion rings are great. Some pepper in the onion ring batter really delivers. Get the fatty brisket because it is juicy and so tender. The sauces are great too, but even without sauce the meat stands on its own. Good...
What a great find on our way to visit family. I had the three tacos with 3 different types of meat. All were AMAZING- our waitress was on top of everything, friendly, efficient! Great place to eat.
Gravity Smokehouse catered one of our Board of Directors lunches; I got several comments that it was the best lunch we have ever had !!!! Thank you for being extremely easy to work work, setting my lunch up and being on time !!!!
