Gravity Smokehouse was the caterer for a wedding I DJ'd recently. Let me tell you, their food is fantastic! Pulled pork, chicken, macaroni and cheese and everything else was hot, perfectly cooked and tasted great. The sauces were outstanding as well, especially the bourbon and sweet. I recommend anyone looking for BBQ to get in touch with them, you won't be disappointed!
Do your body AND soul a favor and check them out! BEST food EVER! This is our families go to, it could be a family celebration or just a Wed night and I don't feel like cooking. Regardless, it does feel like a present for your taste buds! Taking a client out to lunch? Impress them and choose Gravity. Most BBQ places don't have the best sides, NOT true at Gravity! From their Mac n Cheese to greens and Brussel sprouts, yum!

The food was amazing. Crust on the brisket, perfection. Smoked sausage so flavorful. The smokey flavor in the pulled pork and chopped chicken is awesome. You can't go wrong with the sides, but the baked beans are a can't miss. The slaw, cornbread and onion rings are great. Some pepper in the onion ring batter really delivers. Get the fatty brisket because it is juicy and so tender. The sauces are great too, but even without sauce the meat stands on its own. Good...
