Charged $9.02 for a soft serve flurry with 2 added ingredients.
Normally I wouldn't complain about price, but I am paying nearly twice the price under new owners.
The new owners seem nice and ambitious, but I didn't want to say anything about the price at the window because they already started making my ice cream.

I'm not sure if they changed owners recently or what, because this place used to be the bomb. I went today for the first time this summer (I'm a year-round local and have been coming here for years), and got mediocre service and terrible food. The workers were nice and all, but they don't seem to have a good system for keeping track of what has been ordered, who is doing what job and what food items they've already made and handed out (let alone the items they've forgotten). I stood there for about 15 minutes waiting for cheese fries, a chicken sandwich, and a small ice cream cone before I said anything to them, and that was only after watching a few groups behind me get their items before I did. They eventually got my order out, but they had clearly forgotten about it or lost it somehow. The friends with me waited even longer, and had a couple of incorrect items made and one thing forgotten. I've worked in the service industry for years, so I know things can get busy, especially in the summer. But it really seemed like they just didn't have a good system or management down. The food used to be surprisingly good, but it was honestly terrible today. And I'm not picky by any means. The chicken sandwich had no flavor and a gross stale texture. It was clearly one of those fake thin microwave patties, and when they asked what I wanted on it, they said they didn't have tomato. I wasn't upset or anything, but that seems odd for a place that serves chicken sandwiches, tacos, and "the best burger in town," based on their signs. The cheese fries (which used to be a draw in and of itself) were a tiny portion, a little soggy, and had barely any cheese on them. The ice cream was good, but it's not hard to screw up a small soft-serve chocolate ice cream cone. Again, I'm not sure if it's under new management or what, but Jomo's used to be awesome, and today was unfortunately just really bad all around

So now the prices have all gone up and what use to be a large is now medium size. Ordered a large flurry and and it came in what use to be a medium cup and the owner could careless what we had to say.

Went in drive-thru. Ordered Black Forest Sundae. Cherry topping, hot fudge and brownie pieces over vanilla soft serve, yum! Hubby had a simple chocolate soft serve but it was huge for a medium. We like this place.
Parking: Parking lot is small. The drive thru line can block people that are parked. It can be difficult to leave.
We are locals and love Jomo’s! Family owned place. Great ice cream and food. Super friendly.

Came here yesterday to order something to eat end up get chili fry’s and 2 Ruben sandwiches they were cold take it back up there to let them know the youngster boy was rude has can be and said what you want me to do about when you ask for a manager he tells you there isn’t one available and walk away … worst place to go to for and type of food ….
