If I could give zero stars I would, we have ordered from them many times, which we picked up because we live in st helen. They do and have previously delivered to us which we tipped very well on due to the long drive. We just called up and asked to have (what would have been) probably a 150$+ order delivered. The woman on the phone told me I was wrong and was mistaken.... she then tried to tell me we have never and will never deliver to st. Helen. Which they did deliver to us on march 7th!! I have never been treated so poorly and had worse customer service from anyone before. I will never spend another dollar with them due to her.

I ordered a Howie bread and did not receive it in my delivery when we call to let them know the manger hung up on my boyfriend twice and was very rude will not recommend them to anybody. The food was cold and the wings were cold the was pizza not even cut all thr way. Never going back there

I’ve been to hungry howies many times and I’ve been rushed out each time they don’t ask if you want anything else and I called today trying to get a pizza but didn’t have my card on me so I was trying to figure out how to get the card number off my bank when I explained the situation to the girl on the phone at first it was fine but then she proceeded to tell me she had other customers waiting at the counter and couldn’t just wait around all day for me. That isn’t what I was doing. I wasn’t trying to make her wait but the way she said it and went about it was disrespectful as heck. Hungry howies has lost my business and my family’s. Hungry howies food is okay at most but the employees are rude and all they do is rush and be disrespectful I’ve only met one or two employees who are actually kind and patient.

Ordered online and Heavy set blonde working on 11/25/25 was extremely rude to my self and another customer. Most definitely should not be in charge. If I hadn't of paid online I most definitely would have left and went some place else

Order pizza at least every week , this week we were very displeased with the food the breadsticks you could have rang out the grease, pizza subpar at best. Service was good. Will not be ordering from here again. Waste of money to throw it away.

Pleasantly surprised by hungry Howie’s pizza had plenty of ingredients on it and the crust was just right and then he’s a little crispiness to it and the wings were pretty tasty too
