I'm not a big seafood fan but everyone I went with raved over how fresh and good The muscles and the shrimp were. I myself had the yummy fries and hush puppies. The only thing that was missing was the malt vinegar for my hush puppies other than that great music strong drinks and good food! I give it a 10 out of 10.
We have been up to Houghton the past two summers and this is hands down our favorite place to eat. The food is amazing!!! We love the shrimp and hush puppies. This place is casual and laid back. You order food at the window. If you order water, it is available outside next to where you order. I laughed when someone complained the waitress wouldn’t even bring them their water. We had the catfish sandwich and a shrimp po boy with fries and I have to say they were both excellent! Pop boy is served cold with a delicious sauce and the catfish was warm with a different delicious sauce. Fries were seasoned and delicious as well. Super friendly staff and a great outdoor area to sit and enjoy your food.
