My mama buger was nasty taste like fish . N my daughters spicy chicken wasnt spicy n had hard chruch n no chicken . Wow waste 40 dollars . . NWont be going back there . N also ill be calling the manager. Bad place . Must have diffrent girls cooking wow need older women to run it it not the same .n this bussiness wont have many ppl . Like they had with old owner. Wow it wasnt gokd at all . Like at least my money back what a waste .

Recently been there for the first time, the apple pie Sunday I had was amazing good. I would say the price is good for the size (sundays), and I wish there was a location closer than an hour away.

I went today for a turtle Sunday got a cup way to full of ice cream and little toppings that we’re melting out of the cup.Very disappointed

Want to get ice cream on a Sunday night? Save yourself the trip. We typically have good experiences here. The last two Sundays have unfortunately put a VERY bad taste in our mouth. Maybe it's the unsupervised, uncaring and extremely disrespectful teenagers running the shop?? Where's the adults to hold them accountable for terrible customer service? These workers do not care about the customers at all. They are rude and very obviously are only there to soicalize with their peers. Paying more $$ for extras in your flurry? Don't bother with that either because you'll get a spoon of toppings and that's it. Don't forget to grab extra napkins for your cup that will have an excessive amount of ice cream dripping down the side. Hate to give this type of review to a local small business but the owners really need to know what's going on OR open their eyes and ears to the various other bad reviews in the last 2 weeks, which happen to be when we visited also.

I assumed this establishment was family friendly, but the gal with shorts so short that her butt was hanging out proved otherwise. That in addition to rather poor customer service has us likely not returning,Waited at the window for 10+ minutes with no acknowledgement. One of the 4 girls wandering around finally decided to take our order, just to say the their machines are down. Would of been nice to know before hand, instead of after waiting 20 minutes total in line just to be told that we have to hold everyone else up to choose something else. Please consider having something indicating machines are down, even if its just a sticky note.

My wife and I went to the Forager to have dinner (Which was fantastic) and afterwards while heading home I made a u-turn because my wife loves ice-cream. I have to say it was not good. The ice-cream was freezer burnt. Not just mine but hers also. We got two different flavors. Nothing like tasting flavorless ice-cream and crunching down on ice crystals. She wondered how the food would be. I held up my cup of ice-cream and said "Well....? if it's anything like this...." She nodded her head in agreement and said, "You have a point." We MIGHT go back at some point and try it again but I'm sure it will not be on out to do list.

Stopped out today $9.36 for 2 small peanut butter cup shakes ? for that price I would at least love to have soft serve ice cream that tastes like something other than ice... I was wondering why the parking lot was empty now I know...

That place was a wonderful experience I had been there a few years ago in my travels I stopped back yesterday and had what they called Michigan road ice cream it had big chunks of chocolate in it and it was extremely good

We went to Dairy Bear today, my sister ordered for her, my brother and I. We ordered a Papa Bear burger combo with onion rings and a water, a crispy chicken sandwich, a sprite and nacho fries. The only thing that came out was the Papa Bear burger. We waited for about 30 minutes for the rest of our food to come out until I finally went up there to ask about the rest of our food. The cashier only put the Papa Bear burger combo and the sprite on the order. Wasted 30 minutes of my life waiting for my food just to be told it was never ordered. Definitely put me in a wrong mood because i’ve been wanting nacho fries for the past few weeks. Next time I’ll be sure to tell my order so they don’t mess up again.

Great little place! Food and ice cream were fine, but man, are they inefficient. Everything takes way longer than it needs to. They really need some better systems in place. I didn't see any adult employees there. The kids were working hard but seemed like they lacked training and organization. They pretty much lost track of our large order, and I had to go back through the receipt with them. All while the line kept getting longer and longer. They need some better systems. Be prepared to wait a long time at peak times.

Worst service ever today. We waited over 50 minutes to get food. They skipped my food order. Never said "I'm sorry about the mix up" or "sorry about the wait". They missed my friends shakes and I never got my pop. Being short handed is not a reason for rude customer service.

Cookie dough is nasty. Used to be cookie dough pieces. Now it's broken up into pieces the size of the tip of a toothpick and leaves gross film throughout the ice cream. Disgusting. Do better, guys. Thanks for wasting my $6.

The service here has dropped off a cliff (expect long waits for simple orders even when they aren't busy), and the new ice cream brand is not nearly as good as the Hudsonville they used to sell.
