Every we order ahead, we get there and the same 2 teenage boys have not even started our order. We order ahead and leave ample time to prepare the order. Not sure if it’s more on the teenagers, or management for leaving teenagers alone to run the counter.

We just went to subway on Shaw St, worst ever!!! Ordered double meat and didn’t get it and meat wasn’t very warm!!! Need to get someone who knows what they are doing!!!!’

Every time I order online from this restaurant, they can never read the order. First off, it said it’d be done at 6:20, it was done at 7:00. They decided to make someone’s order that was there after we placed our order and the order was 5 subs! We only had 2! Then it clearly doesn’t say to add peppers but I got them anyways and I’m allergic. Of course there isn’t an allergy button. I asked for extra lettuce but got a pinch? That was just ridiculous. You could have killed me. I wasted money to not even be able to eat my food. I call for a refund and get told there is no manager so I have to call back tomorrow morning. Retrain your staff or get people who can actually read. Maybe also train them to give out refunds for this exact purpose. No reason this should have happened.

If I could do zero stars I would. This place is horrible. Both times I've done an online order every one of my sandwiches have been wrong. The receipt is clearly showing what was ordered, apparently they can't read. When I go inside to order, they are extremely slow. Save your money and your time.

The girl who helped me this evening was absolutely AMAZING....it was very busy and she did a wonderful job making each of our subs.....We will be returning to this location in the future.
