I ordered food on the app and went to pick it up inside. I ordered at 3:44pm and didn’t get my order until 4:36pm…. I ordered 2 taco and 2 of the dipping burritos and I received 4 tacos and 1 burrito, also ordered nachos that had nothing but beans and cheese, all of the other toppings were missing. Definitely not complaining about an extra taco but I would’ve liked to have what I originally ordered

Because they are brand new they have been a bit on the slow side but they get the job done and it's been very good food.
Ordered 61.00 in food. Drive thru, found long hairs in the nacho bell grande. Guy in jeans grey shirt big hoop earrings rings, rubber bands in beard no hair or beard net, his nails were painted blue and he was not wearing gloves. Looked totally unprofessional for food service. He was helping cook food. Ordered a crunch wrap supreme which we cut in half at home and there was no meat in it, ALL cheese lettuce and tomatoes no taco meat. Very VERY disappointed in our first experience at Howard City Taco Bell. Probably won't ever go back. 👎👎👎👎👎

Food messy and took 9ver 30 mins to get with only one car in front of us. The girl at the window was spending more time laughing and talking with the guy standing next to her then getting our drinks right. She gave my husband his closed the door and we had to wait a good 5 mins to get her attention to even get my drink and then she gave the drink and was rude. This taco bell needs to train there people better its a joke

First couple times good service, minimal wait for food. Tonight 12/20/25. Long wait 20 minutes plus for food They lost son's order. He waited over 1/2 hour. Can't let this continue, will lose customers

I have given the new taco bell a few chances because its new and they need to get there rythem. But waiting in line for over 20 mins for 2 beefy five layers when there was only 1 car in front of me is a little ridiculous or tonight we have waited 40 mins so far and are still not at the window and all we ordered was a 9$ box and a number 1 supreme. I can bring up more experiences with this taco bell. Id say go when there not busy it would be ok but they proved that wrong when I waited over 20 mins in line just for 2 beefy 5 layers... get it together taco bell we where all excited howard city was getting you and now its nothing but a disappointment

I made an order online and went to pick it up in the drive thru. Waited 25 mins. I ordered one cantina burrito, one nacho fry, one chips and cheese and a large Baja blast. I come to the window and they said they needed to start on my order because I was at the window. They didn’t make it until I was waiting 30 mins at the window

Sadly this is the worst experience at a taco bell I've ever had... I ordered 2 potato tacos and a luxe STEAK box ..the potatoes were HARD as a rock. I ordered light sauce, they were drenched in sauce.. I received chicken and not steak. Along with maybe FIVE cinnamon twist in my box... I'm also disappointed.. yes it was busy I placed and online order and waited in like for over 1hr. My mom is a GM of a different location and she couldn't believe how awful the food looked.
We had an online order- food was cold and they didn’t have the two drinks we ordered. No one could figure out how to do a refund- lack of training, they need more time.

We ordered 2 crunch wrap supremes. and 2 chicken quesedias. There were hardly any ingredients inside. It was almost all bread and was not good at all. Think I will stick with CJ's Restaurant.
