I used the app to order the 40-piece nuggets and used my rewards for a free iced coffee. Gave my number at the drive-thru and got my receipt at the first window. I was third in line and it went real smooth. Outstanding. Got my food, pulled out onto the road and headed back toward my place.
I grabbed a chicken nugget out of the top box and just about burned my face off from how fresh it was. Thought to myself I should let those cool off. So I opened the box up and set it on my passenger's seat. You could feel the heat radiating out from it.
Decided to open the second box too just to prevent any condensation from forming and making the breading mushy. The lid to the second box wasn't even warm. So I popped it open and reached in to find luke-warm nuggets. I found that strange so I pulled one out and bit into it.
It tasted like it was ancient. The breading wasn't crispy in any way, the meat was chewy and just warm, and the flavor was lacking to say the least. I literally dumped the nuggets out the window (not the box) though I am unsure if wildlife will even eat them.
Clearly one batch was fresh. The other was far from it. Why not just give all fresh? Or mix them in an attempt to hide it? Or even throw the old ones back in the fryer to spruce them up if you're that worried about food waste.
Very unhappy with the food experience at this McDonald's location.

Food is typically cold. And for the life of me, I cannot figure out WHY they can't get whatever pattie it is on the bun. I order the same thing every time, this last time, I got something else and the girl and the window declared that I must be wrong bc what I ordered that day is how it's served. Yeah, no. I beg to differ. Get it together, McDonald's.

Thin girl with black hair, blue eyes, and very small mouth is very rude. Speaks so quietly I can barely hear her, slams the window shut, and mutters “have a good day” while staring at me with a completely blank face. I would typically assume she was having a bad day if it was a one time occurrence, but this is her behavior every time she works the drive thru. Definitely needs to be trained how to interact with others if she’s going to be working the first and second windows. She honestly sucks the positivity out of the experience of getting a treat and makes it awkward.

Every time i order my sweet tea with light ice they never give me light and the weird guy at the first window needs to not put makeup on snd worry about being more polite when taking my order
