I order from this place almost daily. They usually forget my hot mustard sauce that I pay for and I don’t say anything. I just let it slide cause I live out of town and don’t wanna drive back for a hot mustard sauce. Then I order breakfast this morning get up to the window and they’re talking about me laughing They had no clue I could hear them. it makes you feel real uncomfortable when somebody does that to you when you spend a lot of money in that establishment and help pay for their paychecks.

Placed mobile order at breakfast, it went through. Got to store at 10:33AM was told my food wouldn’t be prepared. I came home and tried to Cancle on the app, it said my food WAS being prepared. I called to get my issue straightened out and was hung up on. Great service Hudson McDonalds, great service,
I thought I'd try one last time. Crappy service. And food that's not fit to eat. Literally threw 2 orders out the window. Pointless to say anything or get it replaced with the same crap

My husband just brought home a fish filet and fry that he ordered fresh made! This fish filet is not edible as it has obviously been double dipped in the fryer and is dried and tough on the edges and dark inside to the point of making me afraid to eat it. My husband called and was told he has to return the sandwich to get credit even if its next week. Worst food and response ever! Worst McDonald’s repeatedly!
