We went today to arbys and they messed up our order big time so we had to go back in and get our order we were not happy , they need to watch what they are doing,
We wont be back again.
Not good service to completly screw up our order.

Just bought a Jamocha shake and beef n cheddar. Told her it wasn't Jamocha as it was white, not chocolate looking, and was told it was. It is NOT. I've been drinking Jamocha shakes for 20 years, and I know what it should taste like.

They didn't get my order right. ? the curly fries were cold.
This is the 3rd time in the past 2 weeks that I have picked up a takeout order from this location. I requested Arby's sauce each time, multiple times. Only to arrive home to find out they could not do this simple task. I live too far away to go back and it was worthless without the sauce. So it just went in the trash. What a waste.
The food was yummy. The jalapeño poppers were crisp and still a little spicy, yum! The facility was clean. The bathrooms were clean. The staff were pleasant. The lobby music was great.

The owner operator needs to know that the manager with the blunt bob cut is absolutely horrible to her employees.
If I owned this location, I would work on letting her go or demoting her. She should not be in a management position, as she does not know how to speak to people appropriately when she is stressed. Her behavior is bad for the brand, staffing, and for the guests.
I and two other people stopped by--the food and the rest of the team was great. Michelle was very kind, fast, and took our orders accurately, but the manager with the bob cut was yelling across the room at her team, demeaning them, treating them as if they were stupid because they didn't guess what she wanted. (Her communication was poor to begin with.)
All three of us in my party noticed it separately, and other guests looked disturbed about it also. This lady is one of the worst I've seen in years.
