got two sandwiches and 1 drink and it costed $20 just for my sandwich to be wrong and have nothing to eat during my road trip. Id really love to be able to get a free sandwich but I will not be back at the location since I do not live nearby. such a disappointment for how much it cost.. feel like I lost out on a chunk of cash.

Who ever is working today 2:20pm. Gave me a wrong order! I asked for an angus cheesesteak and they give me a plain no cheese double roast beef sandwich!? When i clearly said angus.. and i had to go back for my jalapeño bites, taking up my break time.. this was not worth $17.47. I’m so disappointed because I’m spending my hard earn money and you can’t get an order right.. I won’t bother going back just gonna toss the sandwich. Will not be going back.

I ordered a beef and cheddar classic meal large and was double charged my debit card by Arby’s. I called the restaurant and spoke with Jacob and he said that his store wouldn’t double charge my debit card twice. I have a screen shot of it and they don’t want to take responsibility for it! This restaurant seems like this is a joke or some kind of game!! Ridiculous

My order was ready super fast, which was awesome. The curly fries were perfectly crispy, just how I like them. And the sandwich? Let's just say it hit the spot.
If there’s one thing this Arby’s has, it’s the meats. Like meets expectations, or even exceeds them, no matter how low my expectations were to begin with. I’m sorry I doubted the hudsonville Arby’s. You guys do better burgers than Culver’s. My slider was wrapped like a burrito but my friend ordered a wrap so I’ll just chalk that one up to muscle memory. It was so good I even slowed my eating pace and just enjoyed every bite. I completely lost track of time and had to dash for the exit. I wanted to ring the bell so bad but I had to get back to my job. Until next time!

Truthfully one of the best experiences I have ever had in my life. I had my doubts about Arby’s when Danny suggested we’d go here for our break. A lot of people say “yeah Arby’s has the meats” but never ask how are the meats which is pretty messed up. But the meats here meets a good standard. I enjoyed my club wrap and curly fries and barq root beer. Would Arby’s again. Gg

We went today to arbys and they messed up our order big time so we had to go back in and get our order we were not happy , they need to watch what they are doing,
