Amazing coffee and pretty great service!

This is not meant to be a bashing review, but I'm very disappointed in this location, I have come here about 4 times in the past 4 months, and asked for drinks on your latte menu without coffee in them, which I often do at different locations, but all 4 times I've come to this location they have confirmed that it will be coffee free, and all 4 times is have received drinks with coffee in them. Just really bummed that I have not received a correct drink once at the Hudsonville location.

I have noticed that the customer service at this location could use some major improvement. Interactions with staff are an important part of the experience, and it’s disappointing when they don’t reflect proper etiquette and service. Getting a cup of coffee should be an enjoyable and uplifting part of the day. Unfortunately, I’ve started driving 20 minutes to another location to avoid the challenges I’ve faced here.
I hope these concerns can be addressed to create a more welcoming and positive environment for everyone.

My dad, a Veteran just left there this morning (on Memorial Day) he had 2 bags of coffee and 2 coffee drinks. Totally was almost $50. All he had was a $100 bill on him and tried to pay. They denied him and even had someone yelling from the back, “we don’t take $100”. So he left it all and said he would never come back. I totally get it if he was only spending $5-10 for a drink but when he had so much and would only be getting back $50 in change? Really?! To deny him and have to have someone yell from the back about it. You just lost a dedicated customer. My parents went there multiple times a week and our family did too. Not any more. Such Poor service

I went here and ordered an iced matcha latte that I usually enjoy from other BIGGBY locations. It was too milky and I couldn’t get myself to drink it. I went back in with the almost full cup asking for a different drink instead and they told me the best they could do was give me a discount. While waiting for my drink I heard I was the 4th customer having this issue. Especially with this being a common issue I should’ve got a full refund.

Went through the drive thru and ordered two sugar free lattes. One was hot salted Carmel and the other was frozen with vanilla new sweetener. They tasted really bad, bitter, almost chemical like. Came inside and talked to the barista to see if we could get something else. We dumped our drinks in the trash. The barista said he would give us a discount and he also gave us an attitude. We went back to what we usually get Carmel marvel and salted Carmel latte. It didn’t taste like Carmel at all. It is horrible. Tasted like burnt coffee and like a chemical taste. Never in my life have I had a coffee taste this horrible to the point I couldn’t even drink it. So we just spent $20 on 4 drinks that we had to throw away. And to top it off, they are pushy about a tip. Won’t be coming back here again unless they make it right.

Giving two stars for this location because the employees ask you for tips when giving you your change or using your card. This happens every single time I go there. You do not tip people at a fast food place why would you tip someone at a coffee shop. You are doing your job, you are doing what your employer is paying you to do. Putting customers in an awkward position when giving back their change or card is unprofessional.

Waited 12 minutes in line this morning for a cup of coffee only to leave without any so I wasn't late to work. This location is not very fast in the morning, if you need a cup of coffee on the way in, prepare to leave 15 minutes early.
