I had a paper that got left in my sandwich, not a big deal things happen, and when I went in to let them know about it Angelina was incredibly helpful and friendly. She offered me a replacement item or refund and I left satisfied my issue had been completely taken care of. Wonderful service!

Very long wait times in the drive through. Today I waited 20 minutes for a bragel when there was only one vehicle ahead of me and their order was just 2 drinks. The staff forgot the extra cream cheese as well. My husband has had similar experiences at this location as well. We absolutely love the quick efficient service we get at the 8th avenue location

This is the worst Biggby I’ve ever been to. Three times I’ve waited in the drive thru lane for 20-30 minutes with only 1 car ahead of me and had to just drive away because I couldn’t wait anymore. Don’t waste your time, go to the one on 8th st.

not trying to be a karen at all, but i intentionally avoid this location because every. single. time. I have ever ordered from here my coffee tastes like burnt coffee grounds. and I have given this location a fair chance by coming here a good bit, there was one time my coffee did not taste like that. my drink tastes way better at different locations. would recommend elsewhere if you dont like your lattes tasting like straight up burnt coffee grounds.
