This is the worst Biggby I’ve ever been to. Three times I’ve waited in the drive thru lane for 20-30 minutes with only 1 car ahead of me and had to just drive away because I couldn’t wait anymore. Don’t waste your time, go to the one on 8th st.

not trying to be a karen at all, but i intentionally avoid this location because every. single. time. I have ever ordered from here my coffee tastes like burnt coffee grounds. and I have given this location a fair chance by coming here a good bit, there was one time my coffee did not taste like that. my drink tastes way better at different locations. would recommend elsewhere if you dont like your lattes tasting like straight up burnt coffee grounds.

Ordered a black tea and waited over 20 minutes for it. The store was not busy and 3 people were working here. If you're trying to do drive through or take out, this is not the place.

I could drive 10 minutes away to the jenison Big b ee and have my order before they would even take mine here I live right around the corner the wife and I are big big b fanatics the amount of time that we have to wait at this big bee is ridiculous it does not matter the day or the time as I am posting this I have been in line waiting in a 2 car line for 33 min I usually do not leave reviews or make a comment why is every other big bee quick and on top of it with their customer service but not this one right by my house LOL plz tighten up
