Drinks were good not great. On par with a Dunkin Donuts coffee. We had the Campfire Latte and the white chocolate Carmel latte. Could tell the coffee itself wasn't amazing but the drinks were good. Not
We used the drive thru for 1 drink. They asked us to wait and they would be back to order. 10 to 15 minutes later I order. Expecting to see an onslought of cars leaving the drive thru. Nobody. Not sure what I was waiting for... i only saw 3 people working. It would likely have been faster walking inside.
We stopped here on our way out of town to use coupons we received during a parade. Between having multiple coupons and having never been to Biggby before, I had a lot of questions. We probably should have gone to the counter instead of using the drive through, but we had a kid in a carseat and a dog in the car. Amelia answered all of my questions - I don't know that anyone else would have been as helpful or thorough. She was definitely one of the most joyful people I have...
