The food is always good and the service is great, especially Zoe, who volunteered some recommendations on how to bundle the items in my order to save money. Definitely recommend using coupons which cut your bill almost in half. Like most fast food restaurants, prices have gone up quite a bit.

Workers are incompetent and rush you while ordering half of the time they make you pull out of the drive through line and park to receive food. Seems like there’s very little quality control going on and as if none of the workers actually know what planet they are on. So irritating.

Burger King in hudsonville mi is not very sanitary inside the restaurant
The customer service here is the reason computers will replace their jobs! I pre-ordered a frozen coke, which wasn't available when I got there. Not a huge deal but they should have replaced it with a large drink since I ordered the large meal. The manager wanted to argue with me instead of provide customer service. I Contacted corporate, who gave me a full refund, ultimately coming back to look bad for her and her store. She should have just done the right thing instead of arguing with a customer about liquid ounces!
