What a joke. Thank god I barely eat here. Family went thur drive thur Thursday night. Food we ordered was wrong, cold, staff was a good, didnt bother that they had a customer at the counter to address our issues. They still got it wrong. What an unorganized team of clowns. Double check the order and work as a team. No wonder they are always hiring. Red flags all over the place and I already reported this on the bk survey right when it happen

Multiple times Iv tried grabbing dinner after work at night, the store closes at 12midnight and the employees says there closed when I get to the drive thru at 11pm already and turn me away! I see from reading reviews that I’m not the only one with this experience!! If your closing at 11pm then fine but don’t false advertise that your open until midnight I won’t be wasting any more of my time at this location

Came to this location at 11 to get some dinner they said they were closed. I had checked Google before going there it said they close at 12.... Something could have been going on but all they said to me when I pulled up was sorry we are closed , see you tomorrow

This particular Burger King no longer allows its patrons to get their own condiments or even napkins. You, the customer, are a problem. It's not the workers' fault.
The food is always good and the service is great, especially Zoe, who volunteered some recommendations on how to bundle the items in my order to save money. Definitely recommend using coupons which cut your bill almost in half. Like most fast food restaurants, prices have gone up quite a bit.

Workers are incompetent and rush you while ordering half of the time they make you pull out of the drive through line and park to receive food. Seems like there’s very little quality control going on and as if none of the workers actually know what planet they are on. So irritating.
