The service has been consistently underwhelming, and the food portions feel pretty stingy these days. It's a shame because I really thought it had potential to be something great.

First time ever at a Chipotle and it was a fantastic experience. 🥰 Jessica was amazing and super sweet. A lot of food for a good price. Everything was fresh and tasted good. Will be back.

I went with my pastor and it was amazing! I got a little sketched seeing the bad reviews, but it was a pretty standard Chipotle experience. We had to look for a clean table for a moment.. other than that little detail, it was great! 🤓 👍

Terrible service and incredibly rude employees. First, they got our order wrong. Next, they didn’t believe my husband when he showed them a screenshot of the order. So I forwarded the confirmation email which he showed, and they told him “Go to the back of the line so we can make it.” No apology or any recognition that THEY were in the wrong. Finally, as he was leaving, they told him: “Don’t come back in here with that attitude!” Luckily for them, we will NEVER be back. Unfortunately, I can’t even say the food was good because the rice in my bowl was not fully cooked! Do yourself a favor and skip this one!
I don’t write this lightly. I try to be fair and understanding with my ratings. I’ve never ordered from this location since it was built until today.
I ordered via DoorDash. And they got literally every item slightly wrong. The quality was terrible.
Ordered 2 orders of chips and queso. They included the queso. No chips. DoorDash confirmed they delivered all that was in the single bag.
Ordered a bowl with multiple toppings missing. Ordered with chicken. They literally put only 3 pieces of chicken in the bowl… the chicken and rice were very cold.
Ordered a burrito with steak, brown rice, queso. The queso was missing. The brown rice was undercooked and cold.
Absolutely the worst experience at chipotle. For the price, this was insanely terrible quality. I really hope this location picks up the slack and I’ll update my rating but this is insane..
The driver even delivered it to me within 15m. There is no way the rice was warm even when served immediately.

$15 (with tip) for an okay burrito from a fast food place combined with service with no engagement whatsoever makes me refrain from coming to places like this any longer. It's no longer a pleasant experience or worth the money. There aren't even napkins or salsa available in the dining area anymore.

Worst place ive been in a long time. Took forever to get through ordering. All the meat was gone at 545. Forgot to give me the sauce i paid for. It was an absolute joke. Guac is extra when its free at qdoba. Only TWO topping allowed on the taco other than meat. LOL. Its laughable how bad this place is. Wont be back.

Edited 10-30: My child’s quesadilla once again did not have any cheese. It consisted of 2 plain tortillas. What?! Why is it so hard for this location to get things right?! Dropping down to 1 star because I’m so over the repeat mistakes from this location. Rice was crunchy today too.
I would love to rate this location with more stars because the food always tastes great, but there’s usually always an issue every time I come here. If you ever order from this location online, ALWAYS check your bag before leaving. Pretty much every visit has something missing or wrong. From not having a drink or the right amount of chips, to a kids quesadilla that consisted of just a plain tortilla with chicken on the side and zero cheese (no joke). They just really struggle reading the screen. Most of the time my order isn’t ready until after the pickup time. Tonight it was ready 17 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. I can understand a couple of minutes, but 17 is ridiculous (on top of part of the order being incorrect). Hiring more people could do wonders. There’s always only a few people working and you can tell they are overwhelmed and struggle keeping up when it’s busy. I think we’re past the point of this location being new to have so many issues. Hoping things can improve!

We love this Chipotle and drive from Holland for it after the Holland location has disappointed us. My kids love their kids meals and they make the best quesadillas. There usually isn’t a wait and they are very thorough in their food making. It always tastes good.

I ordered a single portion of steak and she put about five pieces of steak on there so I asked for a more and put barely any more on there, I asked for queso and she put a small scoop. I asked for another queso she put another small scoop. I got charged twice the amount of my normal meal, I’ve never had this problem, the lady upfront serving the food does not know how to portion.
