I used to go to the Hudsonville Culver's very very frequently and now I will no longer be a patron. Stopped tonight for ice cream (1 scoop in a dish, 1 scoop in a cone - not complicated). When they brought out one scoop in a dish and I asked where my ice cream cone was, I was told that three people saw them give me my ice cream cone at the drive-thru window. Unfortunately, I have three witnesses that said I did not in fact receive an ice cream cone at the drive-thru window, but that made no difference to the shift manager who wished me a nice night. Zero stars, do not recommend. Will not return. I won't give $ to people who say I'm a liar. Absolutely furious.
Would rate zero stars. Slower than any other restaurant I have been to. Every time. Always forget things and get them wrong.
Asked for cheese on my Chicken sandwich - no cheese - and this location is always missing stuff - I ask for ketchup and salt and napkins and they never put it in the bag - they need to train these young girls - and the chicken sandwich sucks compared to the other chicken spots - disappointing. I still love Culver’s burgers and Cod but service needs a wake up call
Great Culver's. A little remote but a good midway between Holland and GR.

Drove through, picked up my order. Warm food was lukewarm and was charged for two scoops of custard, got 1 and it was the wrong flavor.
Great healthy chicken sandwich.

Food was hot and fresh, as always at any Culver's. Service was also polite and friendly.

Went for lunch on a Friday. Service was very friendly and my spicy chicken sandwich was good. The dining room was pleasant although chilly. Dress warm.
A little pricey ($6.88 w/ tax) for a medium size chicken sandwich. $4.10 more if I wanted fries and a drink. Biggest challenge, however, was the wait. About 5-10 minutes to order and another 15-20 for food to come out.

We first started treating ourselves to getting food at Culver's a couple of times a month about a year ago, and it was always SO good. It's not as great as of late, which makes us very sad. Service is always great, but I do feel like the quality of the food being served has gone down a bit. :/

It should not take half an hour for a single small concrete mixer amend the people behind me get their food first which was a LOT more than what I got.

The gentleman working the counter was extremely rude. We never eat at Culvers and were on our way home, and we wanted to treat the kids to some ice cream. There are not a lot of options at 6:00 on a Sunday. So the first thing my daughter tried to order, he said with a rude voice, was "Can't do that."...ok why? We tried something different, and he said the same thing. So we explained to him we don't frequent Culver's, what can we order? The ice cream was good, but as were sitting waiting for it to come, my daughter who wanted the mint chocolate chip, which he said she couldn't have, was in a stand up freezer pre made and ready to buy. It's very frustrating.

Waited more than 20 minutes after paying on 10/16/24 for a simple flavor of the day This is the second time this happened. Don't go there unless you have time to waste.
Took too long
