Ok, I get they were busy. However, it wound nice if they told you before you pay that your food would take 40 plus minutes to arrive. That you would finally have to go up and ask where our food is and then they take the time to get your order together. Then it takes two more trips to the counter to get your order correct.This place is sad! Overall Culver’s has really slipped in quality across their establishments.Probably just going to quit them.

The Hudsonville Culvers used to provide very good service. Recently...not so much. Our last three orders have not been correct. Missing items and a Concrete Mixer that had completely different ingredients mixed in than what I ordered. I understand that mistakes happen, and I can forgive that. However, I am being charged for items I do not receive, and calling the number listed on their site just rings several times, followed by a recording saying that voicemail has not been setup and it just disconnects. I have called again, and again, and again, and never an answer. This is very unprofessional, and I have lost enough money now that I cannot afford to order from them going forward. The food is GREAT, and I'm sure the experience would be much better for someone going in to eat onsite. But online orders for curbside pickup have become extremely unreliable and costly. Buyer beware. ?

I love me a yummy Culver's curdburger! The staff is amazing at every Culvers i went to so far. The drive thru is quick but if i have time, i enjoy eating in the dining room. Always so clean. Even their restroom. They even provided a lunch date
Service was quick and Nate took our order hand gave great conversation. Brady was a super hero when our card malfunctioned. Food was good

My wife and I came into the Hudsonville Culver's and were greeted by 3 friendly employees. What was striking was not just the friendly manner we were greeted but the authenticity behind it. No plastic smiles here. As always, the food was excellent as well. Great food. Great service.

One of the better Culvers that I've been to the crew looks like they're having fun which to me is a good place to eat because of the people are good and happy the food will be good and you can feel the happiness that goes into making your food highly recommend the double bacon cheeseburger I got chili cheese fries highly recommend those and I got a four pack of Frozen Custard we got two different kinds of cookie dough one Reese's ice cream and a cheesecake ice cream haven't tried the cheesecake one but if it's as good as the Reese's one we're all winners highly recommend this place dine in order out drive-thru is a little packed at times so I would recommend going in you kind of get your food a little faster than waiting in line through the drive-thru but great great service 10 out of 10 take the family take the girlfriend the wife the kids all in all it's for everyone including grandma
