Bunch of kids here, don't know what they're doing. Standing there for 40 minutes waiting for my order when they said it would be done in 30. Arrived around 25 minutes after my call, so reasonable timing. Maybe y'all should learn to understand how long something will take with the amount of orders you have on the docket. What a clown show

Wish the mushrooms were dryer, not rubbery. And wish the gluten free wasn't so doughy. But it's still good pizza.

This is a pick up/order and go place. No seating area to dine in, so basically like any other Jetts. Pizza was spot on and the cheesy breadsticks were perfect!

1 star across the board because every time we try to order with the app, you go through the whole process, put your credit card number in and then it tells you, oh, this store doesn't take online orders. We thought the first time was a fluke but the second and third time, nah. FYI store manager, it's 2024, online orders are kind of a thing. I'll never attempt to order from here again, not online or in person.

You can not reach this Jet's via phone and even though they deliver to my area, when you try to order via the stupid Jet's app won't allow deliver saying it's outside the area even though in the past they were able to deliver. VERY POOR service.
