1 star across the board because every time we try to order with the app, you go through the whole process, put your credit card number in and then it tells you, oh, this store doesn't take online orders. We thought the first time was a fluke but the second and third time, nah. FYI store manager, it's 2024, online orders are kind of a thing. I'll never attempt to order from here again, not online or in person.

You can not reach this Jet's via phone and even though they deliver to my area, when you try to order via the stupid Jet's app won't allow deliver saying it's outside the area even though in the past they were able to deliver. VERY POOR service.

My on-line order was for 6:04 p.m. They finally got it prepared at 6:58 p.m. 25-30 people (no exaggeration) were waiting for their pizzas. The pizza is good, but not that good. I won't be ordering from there anymore. Bob in Hudsonville,

Is there an option for zero stars. You got kids working there that clearly haven't been trained. They don't know how to make a simple pepperoni pizza. Who the heck puts BBQ sauce instead of marinara sauce? Was told they couldn't remake my order and if they did I would have to pay for a whole new pizza. Not my fault they can't make a simple pizza. How do you mess up the most simple pizza to make? They were not willing to remake it or give coupon for the mix up. Not even an apology. Zero stars. Train your staff you double check the order.
