I wasn't feeling the best, so I ordered jets to make dinner easier for my family. Not only was the pizza delivered 20 minutes before the estimated time, but the gal who delivered it was so kind and respectful with a huge smile on her face! Which is hard to find in customer service jobs nowadays! Would recommend every time!
Ordered a large Jet’s 10 thin crust pizza. Arrived to pick up pizza 1 minute past scheduled time and was told it would be ready in 5 minutes. 20 minutes later they pulled a pizza out of the warmer and called my name that pizza was ready. They didn’t know what happened. Did not have my salad ready to go with pizza either. Pizza was like room temperature by the time I got it home a few minutes later. Toppings were scarce. It’s sad because Jet’s pizza has always been one of my favorites, and it’s still really good, but the prices just continue to creep up every year. These days a large pizza and a jets bread is $25. Add delivery and tip and it’s $35. That’s nearly at least 50% more than what I pay for the same order at other places.
