Do not go to this Jimmy Johns. It has some of the rudest staffs I have ever seen. I went in there the other day like I usually do with my kids. Excuse my language but that grumpy zit faced girl with glasses Is a problem. She completely judged me and then was rude to me the whole time and on top of that got my order wrong even when I specifically said no lettuce throwing a temper tantrum like a 5 year old. I just told her that she had to re make the sandwich. After seeing her act like that in front of my kids I will not be ordering from this location again.

General manager Micky was absolutely unprofessional told me she couldn't give me a refund and then told me all she could do was credit me my money even though my food was 45 minutes late and I've been told twice in that 45 minutes that my food was coming 20 minutes apart I live less than 2 miles away and then she told me it was my responsibility to get to the bank and get my money back and do it through that so that's exactly what I'm going to do so you guys are going to have a whatever bounce back in your account now which is absolutely horrible for you horrible delivery service horrible food a horrible boss.
Edit food showed up. Driver didn't knock. Order was supposed to be denied to driver and sent back. But an hour and 34 minutes after the order and 30 minutes after last call. I threw it away. All of it. Soggy half melted bull wrap and crap

Please bring back Jimmy mustard! I was told that Dijon and Jimmy mustard are no longer available. Only yellow mustard, which is nasty. This was disappointing to hear.

This location specifically is a let down bc of the poor customer service from the same person always running the drive thru. There is usually an awkwardly long wait before anything is said on the speaker, then he seems super annoyed when you pull up, usually doesn’t ask for rewards and then when you say you do he acts like he’s entering your rewards when usually he’s not or does so incorrectly. Been a let down at least 5 times consecutively.

I don’t know why I keep ordering from here when every time my order is wrong. This time they forgot the tomatoes on the sub… not that big of a deal I can let things like that side…but getting something wrong every single time it’s getting frustrating. Especially with the high prices right now. I will not be ordering from here again. Used to be the best Jimmy Johns around….I really wonder what went wrong…

By far the worst jimmys johns of them all. I ask them to cut my sub in half everytime. It gets cut MAYBE 1/10 times. Lately I’ve been going to the one by miejer bc it’s so annoying. Decided I’d give them another chance. Sure enough sandwich not cut in half. Solid job guys! Lost a customer for good!

Place was busy this afternoon. There were 5 people in front of me and when it came to be my turn to order, the woman walked way without saying anything. After a few minutes of standing there one of the sandwich artists said something and then I got serviced. Very disappointing and I've never had that happen before.
