I don’t know why I keep ordering from here when every time my order is wrong. This time they forgot the tomatoes on the sub… not that big of a deal I can let things like that side…but getting something wrong every single time it’s getting frustrating. Especially with the high prices right now. I will not be ordering from here again. Used to be the best Jimmy Johns around….I really wonder what went wrong…

Don't use the app. They won't get your adjustments and won't care when they make your food wrong. Waste of money, apathetic customer service and subpar food makes for a miserable experience.

By far the worst jimmys johns of them all. I ask them to cut my sub in half everytime. It gets cut MAYBE 1/10 times. Lately I’ve been going to the one by miejer bc it’s so annoying. Decided I’d give them another chance. Sure enough sandwich not cut in half. Solid job guys! Lost a customer for good!

Place was busy this afternoon. There were 5 people in front of me and when it came to be my turn to order, the woman walked way without saying anything. After a few minutes of standing there one of the sandwich artists said something and then I got serviced. Very disappointing and I've never had that happen before.

We love Jimmy John’s. The issue that we have with this particular site is they refuse to sell bread. We thought this was because of Covid but when we went to other Jimmy John’s they would always sell us their bread. I have dietary issues. I enjoy the bread so very much but can’t always have the other stuff on it and would like to eat with my family. Today they finally sold us bread for five dollars a loaf! My husband didn’t even recognize it till we got home, $10 for two loaves of bread. It’s ridiculous! If you are in the area you may as well just go to Jenison, they don’t charge extra for their bread and have the exact same quality.

We came in to pickup an order, no greeting, no communication. They should tell you everything in the bag, here is your cup. They also gave us the wrong sandwich. You guys had like 10 people standing around doing nothing but talking to each other. I could also do without the little snarky stares.

Its your Average Jimmy's, which isn't a bad thing. Consistently fast and consistently good.On a side note, it was refreshing to see a staff of younger generation hustling, smiling, and taking some pride in their work, not just this visit, but every time I go there. Kudos to the management for fostering that environment as well.
Horrible customer service. Ordered delivery and it was delivered to the wrong location. When I called to check in on the order the guy was very rude claiming he knows it was delivered but could only tell us it was left outside a door with no further explanation. After 30 mins of searching for the sandwiches we finally found them sitting outside the business next door. Nothing about this order was good or freaky fast. We will not be ordering from this location again.

I went through the drive thru today to get a sandwich for lunch and bring it back to work. When I got back to work I unwrapped the sandwich to find a completely different sandwich than what I ordered. Really frustrating.

The sandwiches are generally good here but they charge way too much. I stopped by today and got a Club sandwich #11 and my receipt was $9.21. Good lord - $9 for a single deli meat sandwich on plain white French bread? They are crazy priced. Last time I will go to this location

Ordered 2 subs online for pickup in 2 hours. Arrived in 2 hours and they said there was no order. Asked to submit an order through drive through, they were out of 2 different meats. Ended up getting chinese instead.
