I've been taking my kid inside your restaurant for the last couple of years and every time it's always been not so busy friendly service and the occasional good up with food. Today however the worst service I've ever experienced. I ordered off the kiosk to eat inside instead of calmly bringing the food over here like this normally happens,my order got called out very loudly and terrified my kid. Also as I walked up there to get my food it was all in bags!!!!! I ordered for here and no tray. He actually told me trays aren't a thing anymore as of this morning.!!! Terrible service!!!! expensive prices !!!!! And not a single adult in sight in the back house. Nothing but children running this place. Going somewhere else from this point on .

I don't think I've ever been here and gotten a completely correct order. This time it was the nuggets and fries from one of our $5 meals. With the outrageous $40 we typically spend there, you'd think they could at least take care to get the order correct.

Food is typical McDonald’s food. I don’t believe in sacrificing jobs to have electronic ordering systems so service in these types of places will always be a 0-1 star.

Very poor service. Staff always acts like you are not even there. Can stand at the counter for 4-5 minutes until you can actually ask someone to place an order or even ask for ice in your cup because the beverage center is out of ice. Staff knew the ice was out but continued to give customers empty cups knowing there was no ice. They also made no attempt to refill the ice machine.

We were rock hounding and looking for a quick meal for grandkids and us and we found McDonald’s on 24th st! Wonderful service and smiling employees! We will stop in again next time we are on this side of Michigan! Love visiting Port Huron area:)
Ordered a meal, got just a sandwich. Only paid for a sandwich, no harm there. Was told they could not add the orange juice or hashbrown. I had to get to work, so I couldn't wait for them to figure out how to take an order. Sat down at work to find the steak was burnt to shoe leather. It was very disappointing then again it is just McDonald's. My expectations are just too high for regurgitated food.

Breakfast is always good but lunch & dinner needs improving..the food is always cold! Do better, McDonalds Hudsonville, you have 1 job..to serve hot food!
