I ordered 11 pizzas. The person that took my order overcharged me. He did not know what the cost was for a one one topping pizza. I had to pull up the website to show him the cost. He then called over his manager to fix the problem and she had to call somebody else on the phone. Meanwhile this took about 20 minutes or more. I was credited the difference of the overcharge.
When my statement for my credit card came they charged me more than what my receipt was for.
My original receipt was $181.13
Then they gave me a credit of $21 because they overcharged me when I ordered the pizza.
Now I get my statement from the credit card company and it shows they charged me $ $199.24 .
A difference of $18.11
So I am disputing the charge difference.
Shady Business going on at the Pizza Hut in Hudsonville. Watch what you get charged charge for your pizza and get a receipt.

After waiting for over an hour and a half and calling 3 times and talking to someone, they said they didn't even have an order for us after telling us it was on its way. My family was very upset. They didn't even try to make it right.

The manager and crew at this location is pretty awesome.
So far this is the only pizza that tastes good to me currently while going thru chemo. :)

We went elsewhere for lunch, cannot comment on food quality. Employees were talking in back, doing nothing. All tables and floor were dirty, dining room was well decorated.. We went at 12:15 and they had zero customers. They only had one menu available for dine in and it did not have prices on it, which I thought was odd.

Food was great. Just want to bring attention to the poor employee scrubbing the sidewalk with a brush. Sorry you had to do all that. Like I said, hope it gets better for you. ?

We ordered a medium one topping pizza and a small order of breadsticks. When I got home, I noticed they overcharged me a bit but when I called the manager, Gabby took care of it right away. She was very kind to me. I appreciated her friendly tone. We will be back soon! Thank you for taking care of us!
