Your chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I have been looking for the perfect chicken in the area for a long time. Most places can only do one of those two things. The mac and cheese was better than average. The ice cream was better than average. The chicken was better than average. would come back just for those things alone. At first before I ate I thought the buffet price might of been 2 or 3 $$ above but i will gladly pay that after my experience there. Thanks. So good!

Web site said they close at 8:30 got there at 7:59 and they would not seat us. They said they stop bringing out food at 8:00. We even agreed to eat what they already had on their buffet. The hostess still would not seat us so they refused to allow us to dine there.. So we forced us to go spend our Money elsewhere. So we ended up dining down the street where we were WELCOMED.

Big Mike helped us out while we were there. He looks like your hardest worker and a friendly face for sure. While Big Mike was holding it down we did notice that some of the other employees were standing by the kitchen door gossiping about management. I don’t mind gossip but have some demure to do it in the back 🤭 Will be back because it’s the best location all of Grand Rapids. 👍

Ordered 2 large pizza’s, 1 gluten sensitive pizza and 1 large cheese bread, with 10 dipping sauces for Delivery at 4:30pm, our order wasn’t even beginning to be made until 6:49 and was told it would be delivered by 7 but it was not delivered until 7:25pm. Upon arrival we noticed we were missing 7 dipping sauces. We called to at least get a refund and Garrett said he could not do the refund and we would have to wait for Josh to do it tomorrow(Mind you Garrett was a manager). Garrett seemed as if he didn’t even know he was working at a pizza place and Josh just seemed to wanna leave his job rather than help with a refund because according to Garrett “his shift just ended and he is gone” Over all food was 5/10 and the service was 1/10. Would never recommend this place. It sucked overall. Will update and post this when Josh calls us back for a refund. THIS DID NOT GLORIFY GOD you should be ashamed, Jesus would never work at a pizza ranch.
Update: Josh was nice about the situation and did refund us finally.
