I'm very disappointed in our service today I spent a nice ammount of money before the holiday, we walk to our table the server starts by saying if we ordered anything extra to wich my mother replys quickly no just the buffets this grown man proceeds to then slam his hands into our table 3 times before yelling just let me finish. My 5 yr old and mother w heart problems along with other guests turned white. We traveled 25 minutes to get there for our lynch to be ruined and no one could even eat after this. We did request a new server after the table next to us spoke w someone. 2 stars for the chicken...

The guy at the front was nice even though I didn’t get a discount. They gave me a discount at the Nike store when I signed up so I don’t know I didn’t work here. Love this awesome foods yummy.

First things first, the food is very good. The service was below average. We arrived and an employee can to counter to grab a cup and walked away. Didn’t greet us or say someone would be with us. Same employee finally came back and got our order. The buffet was pretty much empty. There was no chicken, and all but one pizza tray were empty. Chicken came out and people were like vultures. Went back, still no pizza, and again chicken gone. Employer comes out of kitchen with fresh pizza on his plate, and wanders the buffet for his sides. Waited for the chicken (bc I learned my lesson from the first crowd) pizzas came out- vultures, pizza gone. Chicken came out- chicken gone. People piled up their plates. Dessert bar- scarce only 2 slices of dessert left. No bowls for the ice cream. Dessert came out- vultures. No straws for the drinks. It was not the best experience, will not return. Never experienced this at the Kentwood location. Very disappointing.

Thursday night Wing nights! 4-8 PM I Love their Bone and Boneless wings! I recommend you Grabbing some also including Mac and cheese And fries! Helpful staff!
A group of us eat at Pizza Ranch every Friday. The staff is friendly. The food is good as well as the variety. It has a good family environment and their is something for everyone. They do not serve alcohol which helps make a good environment for families. Senoirs get a discount before 3:30 and they have rewards for everyone where points add up to a free meal!
Dietary restrictions: They have a salad bar with a variety of vegetables. I have not inquired whether or not they have gluten free breadsticks or pizza. I believe that most diets could be followed there though it would take discipline with the great variety of chooses.
