Original Great donuts. Nice area to eat them in the shop if your not taking them to go. My kids love coming here. Ok maybe its more me but it makes me feel better bringing kids with me

Friendly. Delicious treats! My kids had a tour of the new facility in the past and are now so knowledgeable of the process. Owners are a delight to work with for school events and bulk purchases.

I love this place! I’ve now been to 5 of the locations and have never been disappointed BUT I get here early. Your not going to find a doughnut place in west Mi with a huge variety if your strolling in at 11am. If you are then it’s because they are not that great. Let’s face it, we love doughnuts here in Mi. People who come here come early and leave with 2-3 dozen doughnuts at a time. So a bit of advice to the negative Nellie’s, set your alarms and get up early. We all do and it is worth it. So I for one am happy that this business sells out. It means they are doing something right! Keep it up Sprinkles! We love you guys and my nurses at work always look forward to the glazed cinnamon rolls once a month.

We come here every once in awhile. It's convenient to our home versus that other place that we love more. That being said, today I became a huge fan of this establishment because of Shaylee. (Sorry if I butchered your name) Her customer service is far above and beyond that of any worker at a bakery. Honestly, better than customer service at most any place I've ever been to. Her ability to create conversation and smile is something very few have anymore in customer service. If she ever moves on to other ventures, I'd steal her in a heartbeat for sales. I hope management knows what they have here. While the other staff is always fine, nothing special, nothing bad. This girl does more than just go through the motions. I will continue to stop here (sorry, that OTHER place I love too) but will frequent here even more and support Sprinkles because they have someone who makes other customers feel great. I'd also like to note, I continued to listen to her deal with other customers and she is truly amazing.

They use to have the best Apple/ cherry fritters anywhere. Now they aren't. They are streamlined now. Frosting has changed. Now they look like blob. I continue to try them, just not the same. Rest of the Donuts are pretty good.

We visited here on Saturday. They were very busy but the line moved fast. The donut I selected was the best thing I have eaten in months. Maybe over a year. So fresh tasting and absolutely yummy. sprinkles is the best donut shop in the Grand rapids area that I have ever visited.

I like the donuts. We usually get raspberry Bismarcks and chocolate sprinkles. The last 2 times we've stopped in by 9am they were almost totally out of donuts so we ended up with none. I called this morning at 9am to see if they had raspberry Bismarks and was told they were out. Obviously more donuts need to be made if selections are minimal by 9am when they're open until 3pm. Or maybe not open so many stores if it's causing a shortage of donuts. Very disappointing!

having a great, local donut shop is a must and Sprinkles is just that. the donuts are fantastic, but the atmosphere is lacking, but I don't think they strive to a spot where people hang out. while they have tables, we always take ours to go. the staff is fantastic; friendly and fast.
