10am Friday- completely out of donuts. How can you call yourself a DONUT SHOP and not have donuts!!Last 2 times, 2 different locations, no donuts!!How can you be open till 3 & out of donuts at 9:30?

I like the donuts. We usually get raspberry Bismarcks and chocolate sprinkles. The last 2 times we've stopped in by 9am they were almost totally out of donuts so we ended up with none. I called this morning at 9am to see if they had raspberry Bismarks and was told they were out. Obviously more donuts need to be made if selections are minimal by 9am when they're open until 3pm. Or maybe not open so many stores if it's causing a shortage of donuts. Very disappointing!

having a great, local donut shop is a must and Sprinkles is just that. the donuts are fantastic, but the atmosphere is lacking, but I don't think they strive to a spot where people hang out. while they have tables, we always take ours to go. the staff is fantastic; friendly and fast.

Sprinkles has the BEST donuts in West Michigan. Every single one I've tried has been 10/10. The flavor and density of each one is top tier and I haven't found any other shop that even comes close. They have something for everyone!

The service is wonderful, speedy and the girls are all super friendly. I've never had a bad donut here. The custard long johns and peanut butter cinnamon rolls are the best.

First off the donuts are delicious however if you are not there by 9am (they close at 3) they will most likely be sold out of donuts and your drive will be for nothing. So if you are really wanting a good selection get there super early or order ahead of time.

Very friendly service. Young lady seemed to be there alone and handled the "crowd" well. Store was VERY clean, might be my favorite part. We picked out 1/2 dozen donuts and enjoyed them all. The variety was slim, but what was there was very good. We actually went to the Caldonia location but can't seem to find it in Yelp.

They used to be awesome, since they moved to the offsite location to make the donuts the quality has suffered. Moreover, on at least four different times we’ve gone there they have either been completely wiped out of donuts or just a sparse selection. This has been before 11am, they’re open till 3p.

Friendly service and fresh donuts every day. They always have a good variety of donuts to pick from so the whole family gets what they want. We also used them for my daughter’s wedding and everything was fabulous. We had donuts for dessert instead of cake and everyone loved them! Highly recommended!
